【摘要】：分層開采指依據(jù)生產(chǎn)井油層開采情況,利用井下工藝管柱分開各目的層,來實(shí)現(xiàn)分層注采的目的。分層開采可減緩油層間層間干擾效應(yīng)、提高油層動(dòng)用程度、發(fā)揮油層潛力、降低含水率和增加產(chǎn)量,是高含水油層后期改善注水效果的主要措施。本文優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)了分層采油的新工藝,對(duì)分層產(chǎn)量控制工藝管柱進(jìn)行了優(yōu)選設(shè)計(jì),提出了分層配產(chǎn)配注方法,并對(duì)不同工況下分層采油進(jìn)行受力分析,提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。介紹了可以實(shí)現(xiàn)6段以上分層產(chǎn)量長期動(dòng)態(tài)控制及多參數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù),定型配套工具、儀器等有形化產(chǎn)品及裝備。在這套新工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,以剩余油飽和度為根據(jù),通過數(shù)值模擬和經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),制定合理的分層配產(chǎn)配注方案。并考慮到細(xì)分層段后,隔層變薄,封隔器的坐封位置需更精準(zhǔn),為了實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)分采分注、封隔器準(zhǔn)確坐封目標(biāo)層段和保障管柱安全,需要了解分層采油管柱上的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布,掌握分層采油管柱在不同工況下的位移情況,因此有必要對(duì)分層采油管柱進(jìn)行深入的受力分析,通過有限元建模分析為采油工藝管柱的設(shè)計(jì)提供幫助,從而確定分層產(chǎn)量控制工藝管柱變形情況,并最終給出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。本文結(jié)合了新型的分層產(chǎn)量控制系統(tǒng)、分層配產(chǎn)配注方案的制定與經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)、分層采油管柱的力學(xué)分析優(yōu)化,提出了一套科學(xué)的分層產(chǎn)量控制工藝,為新工藝的應(yīng)用提供了理論的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Stratified production refers to the purpose of stratified injection and production by using downhole process tubing to separate all the target layers according to the production conditions of production wells. The main measures to improve the water injection effect in the later stage of high water-cut reservoir are to reduce the interlayer interference effect, improve the production degree, bring into play the reservoir potential, reduce the water cut and increase the production rate in the later stage of high water-cut reservoir. This paper optimizes the design of the new technology of stratified oil recovery, optimizes the pipe string of the stratified production control process, puts forward the method of the stratified production distribution and injection, analyzes the stress of the stratified oil production under different working conditions, and puts forward the optimum design scheme. This paper introduces the visible products and equipment which can realize the long-term dynamic control and multi-parameter monitoring of the output of more than 6 sections, as well as the formative tools and instruments. On the basis of this new process, according to the saturation of remaining oil, a reasonable plan of distribution and injection for stratified production is established through numerical simulation and economic evaluation. In consideration of the thinning of the spacer after the subdivision, the location of the Packer should be more accurate. In order to realize the precise separation of the injection, the Packer can accurately seal the target layer and ensure the safety of the pipe string, it is necessary to understand the stress and strain distribution on the stratified oil production string. In order to master the displacement of stratified oil production string under different working conditions, it is necessary to analyze the stress of the stratified oil production string deeply, and to provide help for the design of oil production process string through finite element modeling analysis. Finally, the optimum design scheme is given. In this paper, a new type of stratified production control system, the formulation and economic evaluation of stratified production and injection allocation scheme, and the mechanical analysis and optimization of stratified oil production string are combined, and a set of scientific stratified production control technology is put forward. It provides theoretical guidance for the application of the new process.
