工業(yè)有機(jī)廢棄物的多元料漿氣化制合成氣技術(shù)

【摘要】:有機(jī)廢棄物中含有豐富的碳?xì)湓?相對(duì)于常規(guī)焚燒等處理方式,將其作為氣化原料生產(chǎn)合成原料氣具有過程清潔和可實(shí)現(xiàn)碳?xì)滟Y源回用的優(yōu)點(diǎn),但目前相關(guān)的研究存在有機(jī)廢棄物氣化原料范圍窄、難以適應(yīng)有機(jī)廢棄物性質(zhì)差異大的問題,限制了氣化技術(shù)在有機(jī)廢棄物處理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)有機(jī)廢棄物的不同特性,提出了一種改進(jìn)型的有機(jī)廢棄物多元料漿氣化(multicomponent slurry gasification,MCSG)利用技術(shù),簡(jiǎn)述了有機(jī)廢棄物處理的基本原理,介紹了在面對(duì)不同特性有機(jī)廢棄物時(shí)采取的不同處理工藝路線以及相配套的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,分析了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性以及工業(yè)化應(yīng)用情況。結(jié)果表明利用改進(jìn)型的多元料漿氣化技術(shù)不僅能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)有機(jī)廢棄物的清潔和資源化回用,還對(duì)有機(jī)廢棄物具有很強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性,同時(shí)具有良好的環(huán)保效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,將會(huì)是一條未來實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)工業(yè)有機(jī)廢棄物處理綠色化發(fā)展目標(biāo)的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Organic waste contains rich hydrocarbon elements. Compared with conventional incineration, it has the advantages of cleaning process and reusing hydrocarbon resources as raw material to produce raw material gas. However, there is a narrow range of organic waste gasification materials, which is difficult to adapt to the large difference in the nature of organic waste. In view of the different characteristics of domestic industrial organic waste, an improved multicomponent slurry gasification (MCSG) utilization technology is proposed in this paper. The basic principle of organic waste treatment is briefly introduced, and the surface of organic waste is introduced. The technological economy and the industrial application of the different processing routes and matching key equipment for different characteristics of organic waste are analyzed. The results show that the improved multi-component slurry gasification technology can not only realize the clean and source reuse of organic waste, but also have a strong effect on organic waste. The adaptability, good environmental benefits and economic benefits will be an effective way to achieve the goal of green development of industrial organic waste in China in the future.
