鄭莊區(qū)塊煤層氣低產(chǎn)井增產(chǎn)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:山西沁水盆地鄭莊區(qū)塊經(jīng)過多年開發(fā),目前已初具規(guī)模。但是隨著排采持續(xù)進(jìn)行,部分生產(chǎn)井產(chǎn)量已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)明顯下滑的態(tài)勢(shì)。針對(duì)低產(chǎn)原因,從地質(zhì)構(gòu)造(斷層、陷落柱)以及工程施工(壓裂液、壓裂參數(shù))2個(gè)方面對(duì)排采井低產(chǎn)原因進(jìn)行深入分析,提出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工采用活性水壓裂液以及采用變排量施工工藝,尤其針對(duì)埋深大、滲透率極低的低產(chǎn)井提出"大液量、大砂量、變排量"壓裂工藝,確保儲(chǔ)層改造達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。由于煤層堵塞導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)井產(chǎn)量下降,建議采用解堵性二次水力壓裂改造措施,并且在鄭莊區(qū)塊首次實(shí)施微生物解堵的實(shí)驗(yàn)性措施,探索了該技術(shù)在鄭莊區(qū)塊低產(chǎn)井治理中的有效性。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Qinshui basin Zhengzhuang block after years of development, has begun to take shape. However, with the continuous production, the production of some production wells has shown a significant decline. In view of the causes of low production, the causes of low production of drainage and production wells are analyzed from two aspects: geological structure (fault, collapse column) and engineering construction (fracturing fluid, fracturing parameters). It is put forward that the active water fracturing fluid and variable displacement operation technology are adopted in the field operation, especially for the low production wells with large buried depth and extremely low permeability. The fracturing technology of "large fluid quantity, large sand quantity and variable displacement rate" is put forward to ensure the reservoir reconstruction to achieve the expected effect. Because the production of production wells is decreased due to the blockage of coal seam, it is suggested that the measures of secondary hydraulic fracturing should be adopted, and the experimental measures of microbial plugging removal should be carried out for the first time in Zhengzhuang block. The effectiveness of this technique in the treatment of low production wells in Zhengzhuang block is explored.
