10種熱帶富油微藻生物量、總脂含量及脂肪酸組成分析

【摘要】:微藻生物柴油是當(dāng)前生物能源中最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ囊环N新型能源,為更好地開發(fā)微藻生物柴油,篩選出適合制備生物柴油的富油微藻,以10種熱帶富油微藻為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其生物量、總脂含量及脂肪酸組成進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)甲醇-氯仿(體積比為2∶1)稱量法測(cè)定10種熱帶富油微藻中的總脂含量,將從微藻提取的油脂經(jīng)過(guò)甲酯化反應(yīng)后,采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)分析油脂中脂肪酸組成及含量。結(jié)果表明,10種熱帶富油微藻中Chlorella vulgaris CJ15和Desmodesmus sp.WC08更適合制備生物柴油。
[Abstract]:Microalgae biodiesel is one of the most promising new energy sources. In order to develop microalgae biodiesel, oil-rich microalgae suitable for the preparation of biodiesel were selected. Ten species of tropical oil-rich microalgae were used as research objects. Its biomass, total lipid content and fatty acid composition were analyzed. The total lipid content of 10 species of tropical oil-rich microalgae was determined by the methanol-chloroform (volume ratio 2: 1) weighing method. The composition and content of fatty acids in oils were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that Chlorella vulgaris CJ15 and Desmodesmus sp.WC08 from 10 species of tropical oil-rich microalgae were more suitable for the preparation of biodiesel.
