催化裂化裝置實施RICP組合技術(shù)的工業(yè)應(yīng)用

【摘要】:介紹了渣油加氫-催化裂化(RICP)雙向組合技術(shù)在中國石油四川石化公司催化裂化裝置的工業(yè)應(yīng)用情況,探討了RICP組合技術(shù)中催化裂化裝置工藝操作調(diào)整措施。在RICP組合技術(shù)中,將減壓渣油與催化裂化重循環(huán)油作為渣油加氫原料,經(jīng)加氫處理后送至催化裂化裝置。結(jié)果表明:RICP組合技術(shù)改善了催化裂化進料性質(zhì),催化裂化原料油殘?zhí)繙p小0.47百分點,氫含量增加0.3百分點,飽和烴質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增加4.26百分點,膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)含量明顯減少;改善了催化裂化產(chǎn)品分布和產(chǎn)品性質(zhì),催化裂化總轉(zhuǎn)化率提高0.67百分點,總液體收率提高1.42百分點,焦炭產(chǎn)率下降0.63百分點,油漿產(chǎn)率下降0.85百分點,柴油十六烷值有所提高。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the industrial application of residue hydro-catalytic cracking (RICP) bidirectional combination technology in the FCC unit of Sichuan Petrochemical Company of PetroChina, and probes into the operation adjustment measures of the FCC unit in the RICP combination technology. Vacuum residuum and FCC heavy circulation oil were used as feedstock for residue hydrogenation in RICP combination technology, and then sent to FCC unit after hydrogenation. The results showed that the performance of FCC feedstock was improved by using the technology of: 1% RICP, the carbon residue of FCC feedstock decreased by 0.47%, the content of hydrogen increased by 0.3%, the mass fraction of saturated hydrocarbon increased by 4.26%, and the content of colloid and asphaltene decreased obviously. The distribution and properties of FCC products were improved. The total conversion rate of FCC was increased by 0.67%, the total liquid yield by 1.42%, the coke yield by 0.63%, the slurry yield by 0.85%, and the cetane number of diesel oil by 0.85%.
