普光氣田主體氣藏水侵規(guī)律及控水對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:普光氣田主體氣藏具有埋藏深、儲(chǔ)層厚度大、非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng)、具有邊水等特點(diǎn),氣藏特征復(fù)雜。氣藏見(jiàn)水時(shí)的采出程度較低,說(shuō)明邊水比較活躍,活躍的邊水增加了氣藏長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、高效開(kāi)發(fā)的難度。為了弄清氣藏水侵動(dòng)態(tài)特征,明確邊水對(duì)氣藏開(kāi)發(fā)效果的影響,研究邊水控制對(duì)策,實(shí)現(xiàn)氣藏高效開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo),因此開(kāi)展“普光氣田主體氣藏水侵規(guī)律及控水對(duì)策研究”。論文研究以氣藏工程、數(shù)學(xué)物理方程、滲流力學(xué)、氣藏?cái)?shù)值模擬等理論為基礎(chǔ),研究了普光氣田主體氣藏水侵規(guī)律,提出了控水對(duì)策。取得的主要成果和認(rèn)識(shí)如下: ①開(kāi)展了氣藏水侵識(shí)別、水侵量大小計(jì)算、水體大小計(jì)算、水體活躍程度評(píng)價(jià)等研究。研究結(jié)果表明:普光氣田主體氣藏已經(jīng)發(fā)生水侵,截至2014年6月,氣藏累計(jì)水侵量為0.2107×108m3,水體地下體積為18.10×108m3,水體倍數(shù)為4.53倍,氣藏水體活躍程度為次活躍。 ②開(kāi)展了氣藏水體分布、水侵模式、水侵影響因素、水侵方向等研究,弄清了氣藏水侵規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:普光氣田主體氣藏氣井水侵模式主要為縱竄橫侵復(fù)合型,飛一~飛二段邊水突進(jìn)現(xiàn)象比較明顯,邊水整體上從東向西橫向侵入氣藏,在P204-2H~P304-1氣井附近有從東南向侵入氣藏的趨勢(shì)。 ③建立了氣藏?cái)?shù)值模擬模型,定量研究了邊水對(duì)氣藏開(kāi)發(fā)效果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:模擬氣藏生產(chǎn)20年,受邊水影響,氣藏穩(wěn)產(chǎn)期縮短0.83年,預(yù)測(cè)期末采出程度降低3.64%。 ④開(kāi)展了氣藏水侵特征研究及產(chǎn)水特征分析,提出了優(yōu)化配產(chǎn)控水、見(jiàn)水井堵水等綜合控水對(duì)策。研究結(jié)果表明:模擬氣藏生產(chǎn)20年,氣藏水侵以橫向水侵為主,主要表現(xiàn)為邊水水侵特征,縱向上飛一~飛二段邊水突進(jìn)現(xiàn)象比較明顯。氣藏產(chǎn)水階段可劃分為高產(chǎn)水和低產(chǎn)水兩個(gè)階段。在優(yōu)化配產(chǎn)控水和見(jiàn)水井堵水的綜合控水對(duì)策下,氣藏穩(wěn)產(chǎn)期延長(zhǎng)0.21年,穩(wěn)產(chǎn)期末采出程度提高0.4%,預(yù)測(cè)期末采出程度提高5.22%,開(kāi)發(fā)效果明顯改善。
[Abstract]:The main gas reservoir in Puguang gas field is characterized by deep burial, large reservoir thickness, strong heterogeneity, edge water and so on. The low recovery degree of the gas reservoir shows that the edge water is active and the active edge water increases the difficulty of long-term stable production and high efficiency development of the gas reservoir. In order to make clear the dynamic characteristics of water invasion of gas reservoir, clarify the influence of edge water on the development effect of gas reservoir, study the control countermeasure of edge water, and realize the goal of high efficiency development of gas reservoir, "study on water invasion law and water control countermeasure of main gas reservoir in Puguang gas field" is carried out. Based on the theories of gas reservoir engineering, mathematical and physical equations, percolation mechanics and gas reservoir numerical simulation, this paper studies the water invasion law of the main gas reservoir in Puguang gas field, and puts forward the water control countermeasures. The main achievements and insights are as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. Research on water invasion identification, calculation of water invasion amount and evaluation of water body activity are carried out. The results show that water invasion has occurred in the main gas reservoir of Puguang gas field. Up to June 2014, the accumulative water invasion capacity of the gas reservoir is 0.2107 脳 10 8 m 3, the underground volume of water body is 18 10 脳 10 8 m 3, the water body multiple is 4 53 times, and the active degree of the gas reservoir water body is secondary active. (2) the distribution of water body, the pattern of water invasion, the influencing factors and the direction of water invasion of gas reservoir are studied, and the law of water invasion of gas reservoir is clarified. The results show that the main gas and well water invasion pattern in Puguang gas field is mainly composed of longitudinal channeling and transversal invasion, and the phenomenon of edge water penetration is obvious in the first ~ second section of Feifei, and the edge water invades the gas reservoir laterally from east to west as a whole. In the vicinity of P204-2H~P304-1 gas wells, there is a tendency to intrude from southeast to gas reservoirs. (3) the numerical simulation model of gas reservoir is established, and the effect of edge water on gas reservoir development is studied quantitatively. The results show that the stable production period of the gas reservoir is shortened by 0.83 years and the recovery degree of the gas reservoir is reduced by 3.64% at the end of the prediction period because of the influence of the edge water on the simulated gas reservoir production for 20 years. (4) the characteristics of water invasion and the analysis of water production in gas reservoirs are studied, and the comprehensive water control countermeasures are put forward, such as optimizing production and controlling water, water shutoff in wells and so on. The results show that the water invasion of the gas reservoir is mainly lateral water invasion in the 20 years of simulated gas reservoir production, which mainly shows the characteristics of the edge water invasion, and the phenomenon of edge water penetration in the first ~ second stage of the vertical flight is obvious. The water production stage of gas reservoir can be divided into two stages: high water production stage and low water production stage. Under the comprehensive water control strategy of optimizing distribution and controlling water and plugging water from water wells, the stable production period of gas reservoir is prolonged 0.21 years, the recovery degree of gas reservoir is increased by 0.4 at the end of the stable production period, the recovery degree of prediction period is increased by 5.22, and the development effect is obviously improved.
