X71試驗區(qū)扶楊油層儲層建模及數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:低滲透油藏具有儲層致密、滲流阻力大、儲量動用程度低等特點,因此如何合理開發(fā)低滲透油藏,取得良好的開發(fā)效果和經(jīng)濟效益,已經(jīng)成為我國維持石油工業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要問題之一。X71試驗區(qū)扶楊油層屬于低滲透油藏,已投入生產(chǎn)3年,為了確定試驗區(qū)合理開發(fā)方案,本文分別從開發(fā)井網(wǎng)優(yōu)化、壓裂與井網(wǎng)匹配優(yōu)化、合理開發(fā)技術政策等方面進行了數(shù)值模擬研究;根據(jù)合理開發(fā)方案的各參數(shù)要求,對現(xiàn)井網(wǎng)開發(fā)方案進行了適應性評價并對其不足之處進行了相應調整;最后對合理開發(fā)方案的開發(fā)效果進行了預測。本文在數(shù)值模擬過程中,采用了局部網(wǎng)格加密的方法模擬人工裂縫的長度、導流能力等參數(shù),應用“門限壓力”關鍵字模擬啟動壓力的存在。在方案設計過程中,開發(fā)井網(wǎng)優(yōu)化分別從不同布井方案(不同井距、排距)、不同注水方式(反九點法面積注水、五點法面積注水、線性注水)研究合理的井網(wǎng)密度和注水方式;壓裂與井網(wǎng)匹配優(yōu)化時,分別從井排方向與人工裂縫方向、裂縫長度兩方面研究匹配關系;研究超前注水政策時,分別從合理配注強度、地層壓力保持水平、合理注采比和采油速度4個方面進行技術界限的確定。本文對試驗區(qū)合理開發(fā)方案的研究,不僅為扶楊油層的開發(fā)提供了理論依據(jù)和技術經(jīng)驗,更對油田產(chǎn)量后續(xù)接替,可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Low permeability reservoirs are characterized by tight reservoir, large percolation resistance, low reserve production degree and so on. Therefore, how to develop low permeability reservoir reasonably and obtain good development effect and economic benefit, Fuyang reservoir, one of the important problems in maintaining the stable development of petroleum industry in China, has been put into production for 3 years. In order to determine the reasonable development plan of the test area, this paper optimizes the well pattern from the development well pattern. The numerical simulation of fracturing and well pattern matching optimization, reasonable development technology policy and so on is carried out, and the adaptability evaluation of existing well pattern development scheme is carried out according to the requirements of each parameter of reasonable development scheme and the corresponding adjustment is made to its shortcomings. Finally, the development effect of reasonable development scheme is forecasted. In the process of numerical simulation, the local mesh encryption method is used to simulate the parameters of artificial crack length and diversion ability, and the threshold pressure keyword is used to simulate the existence of starting pressure. In the process of scheme design, the reasonable well pattern density and water injection mode are studied from different well layout schemes (different well spacing, row spacing, different water injection methods (anti-nine-point area water injection, five-point area water injection, linear water injection) respectively). In the optimization of fracturing and well pattern matching, the matching relationship is studied from two aspects, namely, well row direction and artificial fracture direction, fracture length, and rational injection intensity and formation pressure level. Reasonable injection-production ratio and oil recovery speed are determined in four aspects. In this paper, the reasonable development plan of the test area not only provides the theoretical basis and technical experience for the development of Fuyang reservoir, but also plays an important role in the follow-up of oil field production and sustainable development.
