置障管道內(nèi)天然氣爆炸過(guò)程微觀特性數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:為揭示障礙物對(duì)于火焰?zhèn)鞑ミ^(guò)程中的激勵(lì)作用,采用Zimont火焰面模型對(duì)內(nèi)置不同阻塞率障礙物的密閉管道內(nèi)天然氣-空氣預(yù)混氣體的燃爆過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果表明障礙物對(duì)于天然氣燃爆過(guò)程中火焰?zhèn)鞑サ募?lì)作用明顯,火焰?zhèn)鞑ソ?jīng)歷了從層流向湍流的轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程,70%阻塞率時(shí)激勵(lì)作用達(dá)到最大,火焰前鋒速度達(dá)到了1 156 m/s,管道內(nèi)最大爆炸壓力達(dá)到1.02 MPa;火焰?zhèn)鞑ブ琳系K物處時(shí),不同阻塞率障礙物場(chǎng)中湍流動(dòng)能峰值變化趨勢(shì)基本一致,且高湍流動(dòng)能區(qū)的分布與湍流動(dòng)能峰值發(fā)生劇烈變化。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the exciting effect of obstacles on flame propagation, the Zimont flame surface model is used to simulate the explosion process of natural gas / air premixed gas in a closed pipe with different blocking rates. The results show that the barrier has an obvious effect on the flame propagation in the process of natural gas explosion, and the maximum incentive effect is obtained when the flame propagates through the transition from layer to turbulence with a blocking rate of 70%. The velocity of flame front reaches 1 156 m / s and the maximum explosion pressure in the pipe reaches 1 02 MPA. When the flame propagates to the barrier, the peak value of turbulent kinetic energy in the barrier field with different blocking rates is basically the same. Moreover, the distribution of turbulent kinetic energy and the peak value of turbulent kinetic energy change dramatically.
