摘 要

當(dāng)今世界，節(jié)能環(huán)保已經(jīng)成為最為重要的主題之一，作為“二氧化碳排放”一大源頭和石油燃料消耗“大戶”的傳統(tǒng)燃油汽車逐步被綠色環(huán)保的新能源汽車取代已經(jīng)是一大趨勢。目前各發(fā)達(dá)國家政府都非常重視本國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，采取了各種扶持措施，但它們又有其各自不同的特點。本文通過對日本、美國和歐盟等主要發(fā)達(dá)國家新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)能源政策、法律法規(guī)體系、技術(shù)研發(fā)推廣及政府政策支持方式等方面的扶持措施進(jìn)行分析，從中吸取有益措施，并針對我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有的不足提出建議。

Abstract

Today Energy and environment conservation has become one of the most important themes in the world. As one of the main sources of carbon emission and large consumption of fossil fuels, traditional Fuel Vehicles are being replaced by the new green energy vehicles step by step. Now the developed countries have devoted much attention to their development of new energy automotive industry, and taken various supportive measures with different characteristics. In this paper, by studying the industrial energy policies, the laws and statutes system, technology development characteristics and the government support mode in Japan, the United States and the European Union, useful experiences are obtained. And then reasonable countermeasures are made in order to promote a healthily and rapidly development to Chinese new energy automobile industry.
