【摘要】:在頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)采過(guò)程中,因油基鉆井液具有穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、潤(rùn)滑力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)得以廣泛應(yīng)用,但也帶來(lái)了油基鉆屑處理問(wèn)題。目前油基鉆屑處理技術(shù)較落后,存在成本高、效果不理想等問(wèn)題,探索一種高效油基鉆屑處理技術(shù)非常緊迫。探討了真空熱解的各個(gè)條件對(duì)油基鉆屑真空熱解效果的影響,研究了不同熱解條件下的熱解特性并回收分析了熱解油。研究結(jié)果表明:1)熱解終溫是影響油基鉆屑熱解效果的主要因素,隨著熱解終溫、終溫時(shí)間及真空度的提高,油基鉆屑的熱解效果提高;隨著升溫速度的提高,熱解效果降低;2)油基鉆屑熱解的最優(yōu)條件為:終溫500℃,終溫時(shí)間60 min,升溫速度30℃·min~(-1)和真空度80 k Pa,在此條件處理后殘?jiān)吐?.135%,低于國(guó)內(nèi)外最嚴(yán)格排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值(0.3%),因此,真空熱解資源化處理油基鉆屑是可行的。
[Abstract]:In the process of shale gas production, oil-based drilling fluid has been widely used because of its strong stability and strong lubricating power, but it also brings about the problem of oil-based drilling cuttings treatment. At present, the processing technology of oil-based drilling chip is backward, the cost is high, the effect is not ideal, so it is very urgent to explore a high-efficiency oil-based drilling chip treatment technology. The effect of various conditions of vacuum pyrolysis on vacuum pyrolysis of oil-based drilling chips was discussed. The pyrolysis characteristics under different pyrolysis conditions were studied and the pyrolysis oil was recovered and analyzed. The results show that the final pyrolysis temperature is the main factor affecting the pyrolysis effect of oil based drilling chips. With the increase of the final pyrolysis temperature, the final temperature time and the vacuum degree, the pyrolysis effect of oil based drilling chips increases, and with the increase of heating rate, The optimum conditions for pyrolysis of oil based drilling chips are as follows: final temperature 500 鈩,
