渤海稠油乳狀液形成及破壞實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本論文根據(jù)渤海地區(qū)稠油在熱采過(guò)程中易形成乳狀液的背景,通過(guò)渤海稠油乳狀液形成及破壞的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,總結(jié)了渤海地區(qū)稠油乳狀液的形成及破壞機(jī)理。首先對(duì)渤海地區(qū)產(chǎn)出稠油進(jìn)行了物性分析。通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)稠油四組分及稠油的粘度溫度變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)地層注入水和產(chǎn)出水質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析,確定了稠油的理化性質(zhì);得到了渤海原油在65℃時(shí),原油的粘度為474.9mPa·S,在30℃時(shí),原油的粘度為9283.2mPa·s,原油屬于典型的稠油范疇,且原油粘度隨溫度的變化幅度較大。膠質(zhì)瀝青質(zhì)和非烴類物質(zhì)含量較高,地層注入水以及產(chǎn)出水質(zhì)成分分析表明:產(chǎn)出水礦化度為2315.38mg/L,PH值為8.93;注入水礦化度為179.99mg/L,PH值為8.93?偨Y(jié)了渤海稠油乳狀液形成機(jī)理。然后利用模擬地層水與稠油進(jìn)行了模擬乳狀液的配制,研究了不同乳化條件及不同油水比形成的乳狀液粘度的關(guān)系,確定了渤海稠油乳化嚴(yán)重條件,包括嚴(yán)重乳化的溫度區(qū)間及乳狀液含水率與粘度的關(guān)系。對(duì)渤海稠油乳化條件進(jìn)行了分析,得到了不同溫度下稠油乳化粘度,得到了乳化嚴(yán)重區(qū)間在100℃~150℃。當(dāng)乳化溫度較低時(shí)(低于100℃),稠油粘度高,乳化不完全;當(dāng)溫度較高時(shí)(高于150℃),由于溫度較高產(chǎn)生的油水密度差異較大,產(chǎn)生的重力分異效果明顯,高溫度對(duì)乳化產(chǎn)生了一定程度的破壞作用。同時(shí)深入的研究了渤海稠油乳狀液的微觀特征,破壞渤海稠油乳狀液的影響因素,分析了原油乳狀液破乳研究的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了渤海稠油乳狀液的破壞機(jī)理及油田用破乳劑類型,并創(chuàng)造性的提出了針對(duì)渤海稠油乳狀液的破乳劑選擇原理。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the formation of emulsion during thermal recovery of heavy oil in Bohai area, the formation and failure mechanism of heavy oil emulsion in Bohai region is summarized through the experimental study on the formation and destruction of viscous oil emulsion in Bohai Sea. Firstly, the physical properties of heavy oil produced in Bohai area are analyzed. Through laboratory experiments, the changes of viscosity and temperature of four components of heavy oil and heavy oil were studied.
