油田含油污泥熱洗處理技術研究

【摘要】:含油污泥是石油化工行業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的固體廢棄物,尤其是在油田生產(chǎn)中,它不僅對油田環(huán)境造成嚴重破壞,而且極大的浪費了原油資源,采取適宜的技術對含油污泥及時有效處理,盡可能多的回收原油資源十分重要。本文以大慶油田含油污泥為研究對象,研究熱洗技術處理含油污泥的工藝條件,并且制備了三種不同類型的絮凝劑對含油污泥進行調(diào)質(zhì),分別是有機陽離子型絮凝劑、無機高分子型絮凝劑、無機-有機復合型絮凝劑,通過單因素和正交實驗確定制備的最佳工藝條件,并應用于熱洗技術處理含油污泥中。熱洗技術處理含油污泥研究結果表明,按液固比4:1,加入現(xiàn)場破乳劑與絮凝劑復配調(diào)質(zhì),熱洗溫度50℃,體系pH=8,攪拌速度140r/min,熱洗時間30min,熱洗次數(shù)2次,在最佳條件下對含油污泥進行熱洗處理,含油污泥脫油率達到82.83%。有機陽離子型絮凝劑的實驗研究結果表明,以三乙烯四胺(TETA)、環(huán)氧氯丙烷(ECH)、三乙醇胺(TEA)為原料,制備有機陽離子型絮凝劑,最佳制備工藝條件為:n(ECH):n(TEA)=4:1,m(TETA)/m(TEA+ECH)=3%,反應溫度60℃,反應時間6h,在最佳制備條件下制備的絮凝劑,對含油污泥脫油率達到68.97%,與破乳劑復配對含油污泥脫油率為82.83%;無機高分子型絮凝劑的實驗研究結果表明,以硅酸鈉、硫酸鐵、硫酸鎂、硫酸鋅為原料,制備無機高分子型絮凝劑:聚硅酸鐵鎂鋅(PSFMZ),最佳制備工藝條件為:n(Fe):n(Mg):n(Zn):n(Si)=1:1:1:2,反應溫度30℃,反應時間30min,在最佳制備條件下制備的絮凝劑,對含油污泥脫油率達到82.79%;無機-有機復合型絮凝劑的實驗研究結果表明,以玉米淀粉、氫氧化鈉(NaOH)、陽離子醚化劑3-氯-2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨(CHPTAM)、聚合硫酸鐵(PFS)為原料,制備無機-有機復合型絮凝劑:PFS-季銨型陽離子改性淀粉復合絮凝劑,最佳制備工藝條件為:m(PFS):m(季銨型陽離子改性淀粉)=3:1,反應體系pH=2,反應溫度60℃,反應時間4h,在最佳制備工藝條件下制備的絮凝劑,對含油污泥脫油率達到82.25%。
[Abstract]:Oily sludge is a solid waste produced by petrochemical industry in production process, especially in oil field production, which not only causes serious damage to oil field environment, but also wastes crude oil resources greatly. It is very important to adopt appropriate technology to deal with oily sludge timely and effectively and to recover crude oil resources as much as possible. Taking oily sludge in Daqing Oilfield as the research object, this paper studied the technological conditions of treating oily sludge with hot washing technology, and prepared three different types of flocculants, which are organic cationic flocculants. Inorganic polymer flocculant and inorganic organic compound flocculant were used to treat oily sludge by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results of the study on the treatment of oily sludge by hot washing technology show that, according to liquid-solid ratio of 4: 1, adding demulsifier and flocculant in the field, the heat washing temperature is 50 鈩,
