致密油藏水平井固井技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:吉林油田致密油藏,前期采用小井眼裸眼滑套鉆完井一體化技術(shù)開發(fā)取得了良好效果,為了進(jìn)一步提高致密油藏單井產(chǎn)能,借鑒國(guó)外多簇壓裂技術(shù),將在水平井試驗(yàn)多簇壓裂固井完井提高產(chǎn)能技術(shù)。多簇壓裂需要水平段采用固井完井方式,對(duì)固井質(zhì)量和水泥環(huán)性能要求高,但由于長(zhǎng)水平段固井施工難度大,特別是水平段體積改造施工壓力高,對(duì)水泥環(huán)膠結(jié)質(zhì)量和抗沖擊強(qiáng)度高,目前長(zhǎng)水平段水平井固井質(zhì)量是制約多簇壓裂實(shí)施效果的瓶頸。通過(guò)該課題利用纖維和膨脹劑的微膨脹性能能夠防止水平段上部出現(xiàn)微間隙,提高二界面膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度;纖維增韌性能為后續(xù)體積改提供力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良的水泥環(huán)的特性。將纖維和膨脹劑進(jìn)入水泥漿中來(lái)改善水泥漿和水泥石的綜合性能,完成韌性膨脹防竄水泥漿體系的研發(fā),同時(shí)找到壓裂施工壓力與水泥環(huán)膠結(jié)質(zhì)量和完整性規(guī)律。再好的水泥漿體系也要有配套的固井工藝與之配合發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)利用漂浮固井技術(shù)保證其頂替效率,利用振動(dòng)固井技術(shù)把水泥漿性能進(jìn)一步提升,進(jìn)一步提高固井質(zhì)量和膠結(jié)質(zhì)量,并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)成功施工,固井水泥環(huán)質(zhì)量滿足體積壓裂改造要求。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the single well productivity of tight reservoir in Jilin Oilfield, the well drilling and completion integration technology with small hole slip-casing was adopted in the early stage. In order to further improve the productivity of single well in dense reservoir, the foreign multi-cluster fracturing technology was used for reference. Multi-cluster fracturing cementing completion technology will be tested in horizontal wells to improve productivity. Multi-cluster fracturing requires cementing completion in horizontal section, which requires high cementing quality and cement ring performance. However, because of the difficulty of cementing operation in long horizontal section, especially the high pressure of horizontal section volume modification, The cementing quality and impact strength of cement ring are high. At present the cementing quality of horizontal wells in long horizontal section is the bottleneck restricting the effect of multi-cluster fracturing. The micro-expansion property of fiber and expansive agent can prevent the microgap in the upper part of the horizontal section and improve the bonding strength of the two interfaces. The fiber toughening property provides the properties of cement ring with excellent mechanical properties for the subsequent volume modification. In order to improve the comprehensive properties of cement slurry and cement stone, the research and development of toughness expansion and anti-channeling cement slurry system is completed, and the rules of fracturing pressure and cementation quality and integrity of cement ring are found at the same time. No matter how good the cement slurry system is, it is necessary to have a complete set of cementing technology to play its advantages, to ensure its displacement efficiency by using floating cementing technology on the spot, and to further improve the performance of cement slurry by using vibration cementing technology. The cementing quality and cementing quality are further improved, and the field operation is successful. The cementing cement ring quality can meet the requirements of volume fracturing.
