致密氣藏壓裂井合理配產(chǎn)及穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力研究

【摘要】:近些年來,國內(nèi)外加大了對致密氣勘探開發(fā)的重視程度,其在天然氣探明儲(chǔ)量中所占的比例越來越高,已成為我國天然氣產(chǎn)量的主要來源之一。與常規(guī)氣藏相比,致密氣藏的儲(chǔ)層物性差、自然產(chǎn)能低,通常采用水力壓裂等增產(chǎn)措施提高產(chǎn)氣量,而且氣井的工作制度、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)期的長短在一定程度上決定著實(shí)際生產(chǎn)效果。因此,對致密氣藏壓裂后氣井的合理配產(chǎn)和穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力的研究就成為準(zhǔn)確把握氣井生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)、高效開發(fā)致密氣藏的重要一環(huán)。 本文在大量調(diào)研國內(nèi)外相關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對滲流機(jī)理、產(chǎn)能預(yù)測方法、合理配產(chǎn)及穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行了研究。首先,在對致密氣藏滲流機(jī)理的調(diào)研中認(rèn)識(shí)到地層中存在一定程度的滑脫現(xiàn)象,基質(zhì)和裂縫中具有不同程度的應(yīng)力敏感性以及近井筒地帶的高速非達(dá)西效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文引入擬壓力和橢圓坐標(biāo)系下的拉梅系數(shù),運(yùn)用勢的疊加原理、保角變換和當(dāng)量井徑理論,分別建立了壓裂直井和壓裂水平井的產(chǎn)能模型。通過實(shí)例對產(chǎn)能模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,并對諸多產(chǎn)能影響因素進(jìn)行了敏感性分析。其次,在分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)法、系統(tǒng)分析曲線法、采氣曲線法以及攜液計(jì)算法對氣井配產(chǎn)原理的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合產(chǎn)能預(yù)測模型和井筒壓力計(jì)算模型對壓裂氣井進(jìn)行了合理的配產(chǎn)。最后,運(yùn)用流動(dòng)物質(zhì)平衡法、產(chǎn)量累積法、井口壓力遞減法以及壓降法計(jì)算出各壓裂氣井的單井控制儲(chǔ)量,并采用無阻流量法和物質(zhì)平衡方程法對壓裂氣井在不同配產(chǎn)和穩(wěn)產(chǎn)末期井口壓力下的穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行了分析。 本文的研究成果對致密氣藏壓裂直井和壓裂水平井產(chǎn)能的預(yù)測、合理配產(chǎn)與穩(wěn)產(chǎn)能力的研究提供的一定的理論指導(dǎo)和技術(shù)支持,這對氣田制定合理的勘探開發(fā)政策提供了相應(yīng)的依據(jù),也對同類氣藏的開發(fā)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the exploration and development of dense gas, which has become one of the main sources of natural gas production in China. Compared with conventional gas reservoirs, tight gas reservoirs have poor physical properties and low natural productivity. Hydraulic fracturing is usually used to increase gas production, and the working rules of gas wells and the length of stable production period determine the actual production results to a certain extent. Therefore, the study of reasonable distribution and stable production ability of gas wells after fracturing in tight gas reservoirs becomes an important part of accurately grasping the production performance of gas wells and developing tight gas reservoirs efficiently. Based on a large number of references at home and abroad, the seepage mechanism, productivity prediction method, rational production allocation and stable production capacity are studied in this paper. Firstly, in the investigation of the seepage mechanism of tight gas reservoirs, it is recognized that there exists a certain degree of slippage in the formation, the stress sensitivity in matrix and fracture and the high speed non-Darcy effect near the wellbore zone. On this basis, this paper introduces the Lamy coefficient under quasi pressure and elliptical coordinate system, using the superposition principle of potential, conformal transformation and equivalent diameter theory, respectively, establishes the productivity models of fracturing straight wells and fracturing horizontal wells. The productivity model is verified by an example, and sensitivity analysis of many factors affecting productivity is carried out. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing experience method, systematic analysis curve method, gas recovery curve method and liquid carrying calculation method to the principle of gas well distribution production, combined with productivity prediction model and wellbore pressure calculation model, reasonable distribution production of fractured gas well is carried out. Finally, the single well controlled reserves of each fracturing gas well are calculated by using the flowing material balance method, the production accumulation method, the wellhead pressure decline method and the pressure drop method. The unobstructed flow method and material balance equation method are used to analyze the stable production capacity of fractured gas wells under different wellhead pressure at the end of stable production. The research results in this paper provide certain theoretical guidance and technical support for the prediction of productivity of fracturing straight wells and fracturing horizontal wells in tight gas reservoirs and the study of reasonable production allocation and stable production capacity. It provides the corresponding basis for the formulation of reasonable exploration and development policies for gas fields, and also has certain reference value for the development of similar gas reservoirs.
