立式筒袋泵異常振動分析及減振措施研究

【摘要】:為了配合大慶煉化公司600萬噸/年煉油計劃,解決煉化裝置長周期平穩(wěn)運行的問題。以大連耐酸泵廠1993年生產(chǎn)制造,型號為DL12A-15×20的立式筒袋泵為研究對象,針對其在輸送拔頭油工作過程中出現(xiàn)異常振動的現(xiàn)象進行了振動分析和減振措施研究。通過立式筒袋泵工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)組成研究,分析了立式筒袋泵轉(zhuǎn)子、泵殼、機械密封等部件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,及各組成部件結(jié)構(gòu)和安裝情況對泵異常振動的影響。介紹了頻譜分析技術(shù)在振動故障診斷中的應(yīng)用,分析了振動分量頻率與異常振動間的關(guān)系,為立式筒袋泵異常振動實時監(jiān)測和機理分析提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際情況選取立式筒袋泵的電機下軸承和機泵軸承作為實時監(jiān)測位置,制定了詳細的監(jiān)測方案。利用狀態(tài)監(jiān)測儀器對振動部位進行監(jiān)測,通過分析頻譜數(shù)據(jù)初步判斷機泵振動的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,拆解泵體相關(guān)部件進行檢測,查找出振動異常的真正原因,驗證頻譜診斷的準確性。通過綜合分析得出:基礎(chǔ)安裝不良、介質(zhì)汽化、電機軸承部件磨損和轉(zhuǎn)子不對中是立式筒袋泵異常振動的主要原因。針對發(fā)現(xiàn)出來的原因,提出相應(yīng)的整改措施,解決振動超標問題。提出了增加微小流量線、加強機泵筒體外部支撐等改造措施,降低介質(zhì)汽化和共振對立式筒袋泵自有振幅的影響,從而減小振動異常對立式筒袋泵的損害,達到節(jié)省維護時間、節(jié)約維修費用的目的,也給其他立式筒袋泵異常振動的解決提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to cooperate with the 6 million t / a refining plan of Daqing Refining & Chemical Company, the problem of long period smooth operation of refinery unit is solved. Taking the vertical cylinder bag pump made in Dalian acid-resistant pump factory in 1993 as the research object, the vibration analysis and vibration reduction measures are carried out for the abnormal vibration in the process of conveying the pull-out oil. By studying the working principle and structure composition of vertical cylinder bag pump, the structural characteristics of rotor, pump shell and mechanical seal of vertical cylinder bag pump are analyzed, and the influence of the structure and installation of each component on the abnormal vibration of pump is analyzed. The application of spectrum analysis technology in vibration fault diagnosis is introduced. The relationship between vibration component frequency and abnormal vibration is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for real-time monitoring and mechanism analysis of abnormal vibration of vertical cylinder bag pump. According to the actual situation in the field, the bottom motor bearing and pump bearing of vertical cylinder bag pump are selected as real-time monitoring positions, and a detailed monitoring scheme is established. The vibration position is monitored by state monitoring instrument, and the reason of pump vibration is preliminarily determined by analyzing the spectrum data. On this basis, the relevant parts of the pump body are disassembled to detect the real cause of the abnormal vibration, and the accuracy of the spectrum diagnosis is verified. Through comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that poor foundation installation, medium vaporization, wear of motor bearing parts and misalignment of rotor are the main causes of abnormal vibration of vertical cylinder bag pump. To solve the problem of vibration exceeding the standard, the corresponding rectification measures are put forward. In order to reduce the influence of medium vaporization and resonance on the self-amplitude of cylinder bag pump, it is proposed to increase the small flow line, strengthen the external support of the pump cylinder body, and reduce the damage caused by the abnormal vibration of the cylinder bag pump and save the maintenance time. The purpose of saving maintenance cost also provides a theoretical basis for solving the abnormal vibration of other vertical cylinder bag pumps.
