煤化工產(chǎn)品為烯烴原料生產(chǎn)重烷基苯的研究

【摘要】:以煤化工產(chǎn)品為烯烴原料,通過與苯的烷基化反應(yīng),并在氫氟酸催化劑的作用下合成了重烷基苯。考察反應(yīng)溫度、壓力和時間、苯烯摩爾比及催化劑用量對反應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,在反應(yīng)溫度90℃,壓力0.5 MPa,反應(yīng)3.5 h,苯烯摩爾比8.33,催化劑用量9%條件下,液體收率84.3%,重烷基苯、飽和烷烴和副產(chǎn)物的產(chǎn)率分別為96.2%,17.4%和5.8%,82.4%的苯回收率說明苯可以循環(huán)利用。由此證明以煤化工產(chǎn)品為烯烴替代原料,與苯通過烷基化生成重烷基苯反應(yīng)的可行性。
