一種含磷硼酸酯潤(rùn)滑油添加劑的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)采用酯化法,選用乙醇作為帶水劑,以十六醇、硼酸與五氧化二磷為原料,在一定的條件下反應(yīng),生成一種水解穩(wěn)定性高、抗磨性能好的含磷硼酸酯潤(rùn)滑油添加劑。合成的最佳反應(yīng)條件為十六醇、硼酸與五氧化二磷的摩爾比為7∶2∶1,反應(yīng)溫度為105~110℃,脫水反應(yīng)4 h。用四球機(jī)測(cè)試含該添加劑的基礎(chǔ)油的抗磨性能,結(jié)果表明試驗(yàn)制備的含磷硼酸添加劑能顯著提高基礎(chǔ)油的抗磨性能,且其添加劑存在一個(gè)最佳值。將所合成的含磷硼酸酯潤(rùn)滑油添加劑在新東北電氣集團(tuán)罐體車(chē)間試用,潤(rùn)滑效果與抗磨性能非常適宜。
[Abstract]:The esterification method was used and ethanol was selected as a water carrying agent with sixteen alcohol, boric acid and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials. Under certain conditions, a high hydrolysis stability and good antiwear property of boric acid ester lubricating oil additive was produced. The optimum reaction condition was sixteen alcohol, and the molar ratio of boric acid to phosphorus pentoxide was 7: 2: 1. The reaction temperature is 105~110 C, and the dehydration reaction 4 h. is used to test the antiwear properties of the base oil containing the additive by four ball machines. The results show that the phosphorus containing boric acid additive can significantly improve the anti-wear performance of the base oil, and the additive has a best value. The trial of the tank tank workshop is very suitable for lubricating effect and antiwear performance.
