【摘要】：環(huán)境、能源問題已經(jīng)日益成為制約我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要障礙,為了改善環(huán)境、優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu),我國開始大力發(fā)展天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國大量富余的焦?fàn)t煤氣為制天然氣的發(fā)展奠定了原料基礎(chǔ)。焦?fàn)t煤氣制天然氣不僅可以彌補(bǔ)能源供應(yīng)缺口,減少我國天然氣對外依存度,而且可以改善能源質(zhì)量、減少焦?fàn)t煤氣的散放量,使資源最大限度地得到了利用。焦?fàn)t煤氣制天然氣項(xiàng)目,除可提供液化天然氣(LNG)產(chǎn)品外,經(jīng)過復(fù)溫調(diào)壓還可以提供代用天然氣(SNG)和壓縮天然氣(CNG),它是資金、資源、技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),在我國仍屬于新興產(chǎn)業(yè),還處于示范階段。但是國內(nèi)天然氣短缺及天然氣有穩(wěn)定的市場,其價(jià)格與原油價(jià)格成正相關(guān)關(guān)系,導(dǎo)致近期各地開始大規(guī)模建設(shè)焦?fàn)t煤氣制天然氣項(xiàng)目,出現(xiàn)了無序和過熱的現(xiàn)象,為了促其發(fā)展,有必要對焦?fàn)t煤氣制天然氣進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。本文首先研究了天然氣交易市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及采用層次分析法對天然氣、煤和石油進(jìn)行比較分析,得出天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的潛力且相對于煤炭和石油業(yè)具有一定的競爭力,未來天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國能源結(jié)構(gòu)中占據(jù)的比例也會不斷提高。從技術(shù)角度對焦?fàn)t煤氣制天然氣技術(shù)進(jìn)行比較和評選,通過對焦?fàn)t煤氣發(fā)發(fā)電、制甲醇、甲烷化制天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,得出焦?fàn)t煤氣生產(chǎn)天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)相對于其它產(chǎn)業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的競爭力。從實(shí)際情況考慮到天然氣氣源和用氣點(diǎn)具有一定的距離,運(yùn)用靜態(tài)分析法對焦?fàn)t煤氣制天然氣三種產(chǎn)品方案(SNG方案、CNG方案、LNG方案)進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,通過VB編程建立了三種產(chǎn)品方案總成本費(fèi)用技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)模型軟件。該模型軟件能夠快速的比較出不同原料價(jià)格、不同儲運(yùn)距離的三種產(chǎn)品方案單位總成本費(fèi)用,具有重要的工程現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過對焦?fàn)t煤氣生產(chǎn)天然氣核心工藝：天然氣液化工藝及LNG存儲工藝進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,分析了不同技術(shù)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、適用性,總結(jié)出最優(yōu)技術(shù)路線。最后選取一家生產(chǎn)規(guī)模為34000Nm3/h焦?fàn)t煤氣生產(chǎn)SNG的公司為例,對公司推行焦?fàn)t煤氣制SNG項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析。對該項(xiàng)目的投資、成本、收益進(jìn)行估算后,經(jīng)財(cái)務(wù)分析得到焦?fàn)t生產(chǎn)天然氣項(xiàng)目在經(jīng)濟(jì)上可行的。通過不確定性分析就關(guān)鍵因素展開敏感性分析、盈虧平衡分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,力求得到客觀、精確的分析結(jié)論,旨在為投資者提供正確的投資價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The problem of environment and energy has become an important obstacle to the sustainable development of China's economy. In order to improve the environment and optimize the energy structure, China has begun to develop the natural gas industry vigorously. A large number of surplus coke oven gas in our country has laid the raw material foundation for the development of natural gas. The gap can reduce the external dependence of natural gas in China, improve the quality of energy and reduce the discharge of coke oven gas so as to make the best use of resources. In addition to providing liquefied natural gas (LNG) products, coke oven gas can provide alternative natural gas (SNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG), in addition to the supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) products. It is capital, resources and technology intensive industries, which still belong to the emerging industries in China, and are still in the demonstration stage. However, the shortage of natural gas and the stable market of natural gas have a positive correlation with the price of crude oil, which leads to the large-scale construction of coal gas project in the near future, and the phenomenon of disordering and overheating has appeared in the near future. In order to promote its development, it is necessary to carry out technical and economic analysis of natural gas from coke oven gas. This paper first studies the development status of natural gas trading market and the comparative analysis of natural gas, coal and petroleum by analytic hierarchy process. It is concluded that the development of natural gas industry has strong potential and is relative to coal and petroleum industry. The proportion of future natural gas industry in China's energy structure will be increased continuously. The technology of coke oven gas for natural gas is compared and selected from the technical point of view. The technical and economic comparison of the coke oven gas generation, methanol production, methane production and natural gas industry is compared, and the production of natural gas from coke oven gas is compared with that of the gas industry. It has a strong competitiveness. Considering the natural gas source and the gas point with a certain distance from the actual situation, the three product schemes (SNG, CNG, LNG) are analyzed by static analysis, and the total cost and cost of the total cost of three kinds of product schemes are established by VB programming. This model software can quickly compare the total cost of three kinds of product plan units with different raw material prices and different storage and transportation distances. It has important practical significance in engineering. The technical and economic analysis of natural gas liquefaction technology and LNG storage technology is carried out by the coke oven gas production, and the different techniques are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the operation, technical index, economy, applicability, and the optimal technical route are summarized. At last, an example of a company with 34000Nm3/h coke oven gas production SNG is selected as an example. The company carries out the economic analysis of SNG project of coke oven gas system. After estimating the investment, cost and income of the project, the production of coke oven production is obtained by financial analysis. Natural gas projects are economically feasible. Sensitivity analysis, break even analysis and risk analysis are carried out on the key factors through uncertainty analysis, and objective and accurate analysis conclusions are sought to provide investors with correct investment value.
