水平井化學驅(qū)挖潛聚驅(qū)后側(cè)積夾層剩余油研究

【摘要】:為了研究水平井化學驅(qū)對聚驅(qū)后側(cè)積夾層剩余油作用的實際效果,在優(yōu)選水平井位置,確定水驅(qū)聚驅(qū)注采方式后,進行了直井水井注-水平井采、直井油井注-水平井采和直井油水井合注-水平井采高濃度聚驅(qū)三個方案的物模研究,來確定聚驅(qū)后化學驅(qū)的最佳注采方式。在最佳注采方式確定后,又進行了水平井-變濃度聚驅(qū)和水平井-聚表交替驅(qū)兩個方案的研究。在這一部分,首先應用Eclipse數(shù)值模擬軟件建立模型,計算出水平井-高濃度聚驅(qū)結(jié)果,并以此作為基礎方案;其次在聚合物注入總量不變,各級聚合物段塞注入質(zhì)量相同的前提下,研究各級聚合物段塞不同濃度組合對驅(qū)油效果的影響;在聚合物注入總量不變,各級聚合物段塞注入體積相同的前提下,研究各級聚合物段塞不同濃度組合對驅(qū)油效果的影響;在聚合物注入總量不同,各級聚合物段塞注入體積相同的前提下,研究各級聚合物段塞不同濃度組合對驅(qū)油效果的影響;最后選出一最佳方案進行物模研究,并將二者相對照,得出最終結(jié)論。之后又進行了水平井-聚表交替驅(qū)物模研究。結(jié)果表明直井油水井合注-水平井采方案為聚驅(qū)后化學驅(qū)的最佳注采方案。水平井-高濃度聚驅(qū)、水平井-聚表交替驅(qū)和水平井-變濃度聚驅(qū)三個方案均能有效地提高聚驅(qū)后側(cè)積夾層采收率;水平井-變濃度聚驅(qū)方案與水平井-高濃度聚驅(qū)方案相比,由于聚合物注入總量保持不變,所以采收率提高值差異不大;水平井-聚表交替驅(qū)方案相比水平井-高濃度聚驅(qū)方案既能擴大波及體積,又能提高洗油效率,提高采收率效果明顯,為聚驅(qū)后側(cè)積夾層剩余油最佳挖潛方案。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of chemical flooding in horizontal wells on residual oil in lateral interlayers after polymer flooding, after selecting the location of horizontal wells and determining the injection and production mode of water flooding, the injection-horizontal production of straight wells was carried out. In order to determine the best injection and production mode of chemical flooding after polymer flooding, the three schemes of high concentration polymer flooding in vertical well injection-horizontal well and vertical oil and water well combined injection and horizontal well were studied. After the determination of the best injection and production mode, two schemes of horizontal well variable concentration flooding and horizontal well aggregate table alternate flooding are studied. In this part, the Eclipse numerical simulation software is used to establish the model, and the results of horizontal well and high concentration polymer flooding are calculated, which is taken as the basic scheme, and then the total amount of polymer injection is not changed. Under the same injection quality of polymer slug, the effect of different concentration combinations of polymer slug on displacement effect is studied, when the total amount of polymer injection is constant and the volume of polymer slug injection is the same, The effect of different concentration combinations of polymer slug on oil displacement effect is studied, and the effect of different concentration combinations of polymer slug on displacement effect is studied under the premise of different polymer injection amount and the same injection volume of each polymer slug. At last, an optimal scheme is selected to study the physical model, and the final conclusion is drawn by comparing the two. After that, the model of horizontal well and aggregate table displacement was studied. The results show that the combined injection-horizontal well recovery scheme is the best scheme for chemical flooding after polymer flooding. The three schemes of horizontal well- high concentration polymer flooding, horizontal well-table alternating flooding and horizontal well-variable concentration polymer flooding can effectively improve the recovery efficiency of lateral interlayer after polymer flooding, and the horizontal well-variable concentration polymer flooding scheme is compared with the horizontal well-high concentration polymer flooding scheme. Since the total amount of polymer injection remains constant, there is no significant difference in oil recovery improvement. Compared with horizontal well and high concentration polymer flooding, the horizontal well / polymeter alternative flooding scheme can not only enlarge the sweep volume, but also improve the efficiency of oil washing. The effect of oil recovery is obvious, which is the best way to tap the potential of residual oil in lateral interlayer after polymer flooding.
