【摘要】：美國(guó)作為全球最大的石油煉制國(guó),對(duì)煉油污水的控制和處理對(duì)我國(guó)石化行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的參考和借鑒意義。分別從政策和技術(shù)角度對(duì)美國(guó)煉油污水處理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行論述,分析了中美煉油污水排放法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間的區(qū)別;并依據(jù)美國(guó)煉廠的污水處理工藝和運(yùn)行狀況,探討了美國(guó)煉油污水處理的特點(diǎn)。最后,根據(jù)美國(guó)現(xiàn)有政策和技術(shù)導(dǎo)向,指出煉廠自排污水低成本回用技術(shù)成為美國(guó)煉油污水處理的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:As the largest petroleum refining country in the world, the control and treatment of refinery sewage in the United States has important reference and reference significance for the sustainable development of petrochemical industry in China. The present situation of refinery wastewater treatment in the United States is discussed from the point of view of policy and technology, and the differences between the regulations and standards of refinery wastewater discharge in China and the United States are analyzed, and according to the wastewater treatment process and operation status of American refineries, The characteristics of the treatment of refinery wastewater in the United States are discussed. Finally, according to the existing policy and technical orientation of the United States, it is pointed out that the low cost reuse technology of self-discharged wastewater from refineries has become the development direction of refinery wastewater treatment in the United States.
