有機(jī)胺抑制蒙脫石水化機(jī)理的分子模擬

【摘要】:井壁失穩(wěn)一直是困擾石油鉆井的重大技術(shù)難題,泥頁(yè)巖水化是造成井壁失穩(wěn)的最重要因素之一,作為最易吸水和泥頁(yè)巖主要組分的蒙脫石是引起井壁失穩(wěn)的根本性因素。利用分子模擬的方法,建立了有機(jī)胺類抑制劑與鈉蒙脫石反應(yīng)的分子結(jié)構(gòu)模型,研究了甲酰胺和尿素等小分子有機(jī)胺類抑制劑對(duì)蒙脫石水化的抑制作用機(jī)理。胺類有機(jī)小分子抑制蒙脫石水化的能力與分子結(jié)構(gòu)及官能團(tuán)有關(guān),甲酰胺和尿素均可與層間水分子及蒙脫石表面的氧原子形成氫鍵,抑制層間鈉離子的水化,限制層間水分子及鈉離子的自擴(kuò)散。甲酰胺和尿素分子在不同濃度時(shí)對(duì)鈉蒙脫石體系的密度和力學(xué)性能影響不同,但有相同的變化規(guī)律,即存在一臨界濃度,低于此濃度時(shí),胺類分子的加入可增大蒙脫石的密度,提高體系的力學(xué)性能,而高于此濃度時(shí),體系密度減小,力學(xué)性能變差。甲酰胺和尿素都是在低濃度時(shí)能更好地發(fā)揮抑制作用,提高鈉蒙脫石的穩(wěn)定性,綜合各參數(shù)對(duì)比分析,甲酰胺比尿素的整體作用效果好。
[Abstract]:Sidewall instability has always been a major technical problem for oil drilling. Shale hydration is one of the most important factors causing wellbore instability, and montmorillonite, which is the most easily absorbent and the main component of shale, is the fundamental factor causing wellbore instability. The molecular structure model of the reaction of organic amine inhibitors with sodium montmorillonite was established by molecular simulation. The mechanism of inhibition of organic amine inhibitors such as formamide and urea on the hydration of montmorillonite was studied. The ability of amines to inhibit the hydration of montmorillonite is related to the molecular structure and functional groups. Formamide and urea can form hydrogen bonds with interlaminar water molecules and oxygen atoms on the surface of montmorillonite and inhibit the hydration of interlaminar sodium ions. Limiting the self-diffusion of interlayer water molecules and sodium ions. The effect of formamide and urea on the density and mechanical properties of sodium montmorillonite was different at different concentrations, but there was a critical concentration, and the addition of amine could increase the density of montmorillonite. The mechanical properties of the system were improved, but when the concentration was higher, the density of the system decreased and the mechanical properties became worse. Both formamide and urea can play a better role in inhibition and improve the stability of sodium montmorillonite at low concentration. The overall effect of formamide is better than that of urea according to the comparative analysis of various parameters.
