基于滲流場(chǎng)的水合物實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置測(cè)點(diǎn)布置

【摘要】:為了監(jiān)測(cè)天然氣水合物生成及分解過(guò)程中物性參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,需要在反應(yīng)釜中安裝各種傳感器測(cè)點(diǎn),而測(cè)點(diǎn)的引入會(huì)對(duì)反應(yīng)釜中的流體流動(dòng)產(chǎn)生影響。為了有效減少測(cè)點(diǎn)對(duì)反應(yīng)釜產(chǎn)生的干擾,利用數(shù)值模擬方法對(duì)測(cè)點(diǎn)尺寸與測(cè)點(diǎn)最小間距之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了定量研究。結(jié)果表明,傳感器測(cè)點(diǎn)的引入會(huì)對(duì)反應(yīng)釜中的滲流場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生影響,測(cè)點(diǎn)尺寸越大、測(cè)點(diǎn)的間距越小,對(duì)滲流場(chǎng)的影響越大;對(duì)于尺寸為10 mm、9 mm、8 mm、7 mm和6 mm的測(cè)點(diǎn),相應(yīng)測(cè)點(diǎn)最小間距分別為60 mm、54 mm、48 mm、42 mm和36 mm時(shí)測(cè)點(diǎn)對(duì)反應(yīng)釜流場(chǎng)的影響可以忽略不計(jì)。因此對(duì)反應(yīng)釜進(jìn)行傳感器測(cè)點(diǎn)排布時(shí),測(cè)點(diǎn)的間距不得小于測(cè)點(diǎn)尺寸的6倍,研究結(jié)果對(duì)同類實(shí)驗(yàn)反應(yīng)釜中測(cè)點(diǎn)的合理布置具有重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to monitor the variation of physical parameters in the process of gas hydrate formation and decomposition, it is necessary to install various sensor measuring points in the reactor, and the introduction of the measuring points will have an effect on the fluid flow in the reactor. In order to effectively reduce the interference of measuring points to the reactor, the relationship between the measurement point size and the minimum distance between the measured points was studied quantitatively by numerical simulation method. The results show that the introduction of sensor points will have an effect on the seepage field in the reactor. The larger the measuring point size, the smaller the distance between the measured points and the greater the influence on the seepage field, and for the measuring points with the dimensions of 10 mm / 9 mm / 8 mm / 7 mm and 6 mm, The effect of the measuring points on the flow field of the reactor can be neglected when the minimum spacing of the corresponding measuring points is 60 mm / 54 mm / 48 mm / 42 mm and 36 mm respectively. Therefore, the spacing of the measuring points should not be less than 6 times of the size of the measuring points in the arrangement of the sensor measuring points for the reactor. The results of the study have important reference value for the reasonable arrangement of the measuring points in the same type of experimental reactors.
