【摘要】:以鋰、鈣、鎂、鋁的硝酸鹽為原料,以尿素為沉淀劑,采用沉淀焙燒的方法制備了Li-Ca-Mg-Al-O固體堿催化劑。采用單因素實驗考察了制備條件對催化劑活性的影響,得到制備優(yōu)化條件為:元素配比n(Li)∶n(Ca)∶n(Mg)∶n(Al)=1∶2∶1∶1,焙燒溫度800℃,焙燒時間6.5h。將優(yōu)化條件下制備的Li-Ca-Mg-AlO固體堿用于催化蓖麻油和甲醇的酯交換反應,在n(醇)∶n(油)=9,m(催化劑)∶m(油)=0.04,攪拌速率為550r/min,反應溫度為65℃,反應時間為3h的條件下,蓖麻油轉(zhuǎn)化率可達85.7%。采用Hammett指示劑滴定法、TG、BET、XRD及SEM對催化劑及其前驅(qū)體進行了表征。結(jié)果表明:Li-Ca-Mg-Al-O固體堿的堿強度為7.2~11.2;Li-Ca-Mg-Al類水滑石在溫度超過800℃后質(zhì)量不再隨溫度升高而變化;Li-Ca-Mg-Al-O固體堿催化劑比表面積為11.93m~2/g、孔容為0.031 7cm~3/g,主要由CaO、MgO及Al_2O_3三種晶體組成。
[Abstract]:Li-Ca-Mg-Al-O solid base catalyst was prepared by precipitation roasting with nitrate of lithium, calcium, magnesium and aluminum as raw materials and urea as precipitant. The influence of the preparation conditions on the activity of the catalyst was investigated by single factor experiment.
