高寒地區(qū)增壓集氣站風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有因?yàn)楦吆蛩貙?dǎo)致的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而采取的天然氣水合物防治工藝進(jìn)行分析,確定在所采取的防治工藝中涉及到的設(shè)備、作業(yè)。進(jìn)而對(duì)涉及到的設(shè)備、作業(yè)采取適用的安全分析方法進(jìn)行逐一分析,并根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施制定原則制定相應(yīng)的措施,確保高寒地區(qū)增壓集氣站因?yàn)樘烊粴馑衔飵淼娘L(fēng)險(xiǎn)得到控制,危害能夠降低到可接受水平。目前取得以下成果:1、基于天然氣水合物的形成機(jī)理,對(duì)高寒地區(qū)天然氣生產(chǎn)過程中,因?yàn)槎練鉁氐投鴮?dǎo)致危害的原因做了具體分析,并明確了從壓力、溫度、游離水三個(gè)方面采取措施進(jìn)行天然氣水合物的防治工作。2、利用事故樹分析法對(duì)蘇里格氣田現(xiàn)有天然氣水合物防治工藝進(jìn)行分析,明確了采取現(xiàn)有防治工藝的原因,以及不采取現(xiàn)有工藝可能導(dǎo)致的后果。3、對(duì)現(xiàn)有天然氣水合物防治工藝中所涉及到的設(shè)備、作業(yè)、操作以及其作用原理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)而全面的闡述,對(duì)員工進(jìn)行水合物解防堵知識(shí)培訓(xùn)時(shí)提供培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容。4、通過LEC法對(duì)井口天然氣加熱爐和井下節(jié)流器從安全角度做了對(duì)比,為淘汰加熱爐這種井口天然氣降壓增溫工藝,從而全面推廣使用井下節(jié)流器提供了理論支持。5、通過全面而系統(tǒng)的安全分析,為安全管理人員對(duì)天然氣水合物防治工藝中所涉及到的各項(xiàng)作業(yè),哪些作業(yè)必須列為危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)范疇,執(zhí)行作業(yè)許可審批制度提供了理論參考。6、通過事故樹、工作安全分析、蝴蝶領(lǐng)等多種方法對(duì)天然氣水合物防治工藝的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)做了安全分析,對(duì)于分析出來的危害因素制定了相應(yīng)的控制措施。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the existing natural gas hydrate prevention technology due to the safety risk caused by alpine factors, the equipment and operation involved in the adopted prevention technology are determined. Then, the relevant equipment and operation are analyzed one by one with applicable safety analysis methods, and the corresponding measures are formulated according to the principles of risk control measures. Ensure that the risk caused by natural gas hydrate is controlled and the harm can be reduced to an acceptable level. At present, the following results have been obtained: 1. Based on the formation mechanism of natural gas hydrates, this paper makes a specific analysis of the causes of harm caused by low temperature in winter during natural gas production in high and cold regions, and clarifies the causes from pressure and temperature. Taking measures to prevent and cure natural gas hydrate in three aspects of free water. Using accident tree analysis method to analyze the existing prevention technology of natural gas hydrate in Sulige gas field, and make clear the reason of adopting the existing prevention technology. And the possible consequences of not adopting the existing process. 3. The equipment, operation, operation and the principle of action involved in the existing gas hydrate prevention process are systematically and comprehensively described. In order to eliminate the pressure and temperature process of natural gas in wellhead, the training content .4 is provided to the employees when they are trained in hydrate removal and plugging prevention knowledge. Through the LEC method, a comparison is made between the wellhead natural gas heating furnace and the downhole throttler from the safety point of view. Therefore, the use of downhole throttle can be popularized with theoretical support. 5. Through comprehensive and systematic safety analysis, it can be used for all kinds of operations involved in the process of gas hydrate prevention and control by safety managers. Which operations must be classified as dangerous operations, and the implementation of the work permit examination and approval system provides a theoretical reference .6Through the accident tree, work safety analysis, butterfly collar and other methods, the safety analysis of each link of gas hydrate prevention technology has been done. The corresponding control measures are made for the analysis of the hazard factors.
