【摘要】：通過對影響催化劑活性和穩(wěn)定性關(guān)鍵因素的分析,中國石化石油化工科學(xué)研究院創(chuàng)建"反應(yīng)分子與活性相最優(yōu)匹配(ROCKET)"制備技術(shù)平臺,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了高活性、高穩(wěn)定性和高性價比的柴油超深度加氫脫硫催化劑RS-2100(NiMo型)和RS-2200(CoMo型)。工業(yè)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,RS-2100和RS-2200催化劑都能夠長期連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運轉(zhuǎn),生產(chǎn)滿足國Ⅴ排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的柴油,表現(xiàn)出了優(yōu)異的活性和穩(wěn)定性,同時催化劑具有較低的裝填密度和較低的制造成本,因此具有較高的性價比和較強的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the key factors affecting the activity and stability of the catalyst, Sinopec has established the preparation technology platform of "optimal matching of reactive molecules and active phases" and developed the high activity.
