初氧化—絮凝—再氧化集成法深度處理油田壓裂廢液實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:壓裂施工作為油田生產(chǎn)中重要的組成部分之一,也是增產(chǎn)、增注的重要措施。壓裂作業(yè)后壓裂廢液的排放會(huì)對(duì)油田附近的地層以及水源造成污染。壓裂廢液中主要有原油、剩余壓裂液、壓裂返排液、有機(jī)還原性物質(zhì)等污染物,并具有結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、COD值高等特點(diǎn)。因此,對(duì)壓裂廢液進(jìn)行深入研究,并設(shè)計(jì)新型、有效處理方案,可大大減少其對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。我國(guó)油田分布廣闊,遍及全國(guó)。國(guó)家環(huán)?偩忠(guī)定的所有工業(yè)污水必須達(dá)標(biāo)排放,必須使用適合油田特點(diǎn)的壓裂廢水處理工藝和設(shè)備,確保達(dá)標(biāo)排放已迫在眉睫。本文前期通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱了解油田壓裂廢液的來(lái)源、分類(lèi)、組成、現(xiàn)狀以及前景進(jìn)行分析、歸納和總結(jié),確定其主要污染物為廢液中的原油、固體懸浮物和有機(jī)還原性物質(zhì)。確定以降低控制COD值為主線(xiàn),結(jié)合目前已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的氧化-絮凝兩步集成工藝,對(duì)兩步集成法中使用的藥劑及方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)不同的平行實(shí)驗(yàn)以測(cè)定其對(duì)COD去除率的影響來(lái)考察并選用氧化劑、催化劑、絮凝劑以及對(duì)其進(jìn)行復(fù)配,選擇合適的反應(yīng)順序、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)pH值和反應(yīng)時(shí)間,并提出采用高效氧化劑對(duì)兩步集成法處理后的壓裂廢液進(jìn)行再氧化深度處理。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)使各處理方法操作參數(shù)優(yōu)化至理想狀態(tài),最大限度的提高COD去除率,達(dá)到工業(yè)污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。初氧化-絮凝-再氧化集成法流程包括對(duì)壓裂廢液的一次氧化、二次氧化調(diào)質(zhì)、絮凝過(guò)濾、再氧化等步驟。在上述的過(guò)程中的每一階段處理,均能將工藝參數(shù)做到最大程度的優(yōu)化。COD去除率分別為25.79%、11.70%、24.93%、22.68%,總?cè)コ蕿?5.1%,COD值由初始1329mg/L降至198.1mg/L。
[Abstract]:Fracturing is one of the important components in oilfield production, and is also an important measure for increasing production and injection.The discharge of fracturing waste will pollute the formation and water sources near the oil field.The waste fracturing fluid mainly includes crude oil, residual fracturing fluid, fracturing fluid, organic reducing substance and so on, and has the characteristics of complex structure and high COD value.Therefore, the study of fracturing waste fluid and the design of a new and effective treatment scheme can greatly reduce the pollution to the environment.Oil fields in China are widely distributed throughout the country.All industrial sewage must be discharged according to the regulations of the State Environmental Protection Administration, and fracturing wastewater treatment technology and equipment suitable for oil field characteristics must be used, so it is urgent to ensure that the discharge standard is up to standard.In this paper, the source, classification, composition, present situation and prospect of fracturing waste fluid in oil field are analyzed, summarized and summarized. The main pollutants are crude oil, solid suspended matter and organic reducing substance.In order to reduce the control COD value as the main line, combined with the oxidation-flocculation two-step integrated process which has been applied in the field at present, the agents and methods used in the two-step integration method are optimized.The effects of different parallel experiments on COD removal rate were investigated by designing different parallel experiments. Oxidants, catalysts, flocculants and their combinations were selected, and the appropriate reaction order, reaction temperature, reaction pH and reaction time were selected.The high-efficiency oxidant is used to treat the fracturing waste liquid after two-step integrated treatment.The operation parameters of each treatment method are optimized to ideal state by experiment, and the removal rate of COD is increased to the maximum extent, which can reach the standard of industrial sewage discharge.The integrated process of initial oxidation-flocculation-reoxidation includes the steps of primary oxidation, secondary oxidation and tempering, flocculation filtration, reoxidation and so on.In each stage of the process, the optimum removal rate of the process parameters was 25.79 and 11.70 respectively, and the total removal rate was 85.1mgL / L from the initial 1329mg/L to 198.1 mg / L.
