【摘要】：以珠江口盆地番禺4-2/5-1油田項(xiàng)目為目標(biāo),基于ROV(遙控潛水器)搭載吸力泵安裝大型吸力錨的特點(diǎn),對(duì)吸力錨頂部布置、吸力錨閥門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)、吸力泵選型及接口設(shè)計(jì)、吸力錨裝船固定和安裝索具設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行了研究,提出了吸力錨安裝工藝流程及相關(guān)問(wèn)題處理方案。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐效果表明,ROV搭載吸力泵模式安裝大型吸力錨技術(shù)與國(guó)外已有的單獨(dú)安裝吸力錨案例相比節(jié)省了在水下連接錨鏈和吸力錨的工序和時(shí)間,達(dá)到了世界同類(lèi)工程技術(shù)的領(lǐng)先水平,為未來(lái)同類(lèi)型吸力錨的水下安裝提供了有效的設(shè)計(jì)和安裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In Panyu, the Pearl River Mouth Basin 4-2/5-1 oil field project as the goal, based on ROV (ROV) equipped with suction pump features to install a large suction anchor, on top of the suction anchor arrangement, suction anchor valve design, selection and interface design of pump suction, suction anchor for shipment and installation of fixed rigging design and so on, put forward the suction anchor installation the process and problems related to treatment scheme. That practical experience, ROV is equipped with a suction pump mode of installation of large suction anchor technology and the existing installation of single suction anchor under water saving case compared to the chain and the suction anchor connection process and time, reached the leading level in the world of similar engineering for the future, the same type of suction anchor the underwater installation provides effective design and installation experience.
