海洋立管國外規(guī)范比較與可靠性分析

【摘要】:隨著陸地石油資源愈見匱乏,世界各國都逐漸將目光投向了海洋油氣開發(fā)。作為深海油氣田開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,海洋立管以其全新的形式、動(dòng)態(tài)的特性、以及高技術(shù)的含量格外引人注目。目前國際上僅有挪威船級(jí)社、美國石油協(xié)會(huì)和美國船級(jí)社編制的三本海洋立管規(guī)范,而國內(nèi)尚沒有相應(yīng)的規(guī)范,急需開展相關(guān)的研究。為了制定我國的基于可靠性分析的立管規(guī)范,本文就三本國外立管規(guī)范進(jìn)行了對比和分析,主要工作包括:(1)翻譯整理了三本規(guī)范中的主要內(nèi)容,并對其適用范圍、極限狀態(tài)、設(shè)計(jì)方法、強(qiáng)度校核、整體分析和疲勞分析等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析對比。(2)就破裂、環(huán)向屈曲(壓潰)、屈曲擴(kuò)散和組合荷載4種失效模式,采用Orcaflex軟件對8根實(shí)例立管建模計(jì)算,對其進(jìn)行了靜強(qiáng)度的分析,并研究了各種參數(shù)對各規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則的影響。(3)在統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用一次二階矩法,就8根立管的4種失效模式進(jìn)行了可靠度計(jì)算。(4)確定了立管的目標(biāo)可靠指標(biāo),通過第二水準(zhǔn)法確定了DNV規(guī)范4種失效模式設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則的分項(xiàng)安全因子。
[Abstract]:With the scarcity of petroleum resources on land, countries all over the world have gradually turned their attention to offshore oil and gas development.As an important part of deep-sea oil and gas field development system, marine riser is particularly attractive for its new form, dynamic characteristics and high-tech content.At present, there are only three marine standpipe codes compiled by Norwegian Classification Society, American Petroleum Association and American Classification Society, but there are no corresponding regulations in China, so it is urgent to carry out relevant research.In order to formulate the standpipe code based on reliability analysis in our country, this paper compares and analyzes three foreign riser codes. The main work includes the translation and arrangement of the main contents of the three codes, and their application scope and limit state.The design method, strength check, whole analysis and fatigue analysis are analyzed and compared. The failure modes of rupture, buckling (crashing, buckling diffusion and combined load) are analyzed and compared. Eight examples of vertical pipe are modeled and calculated by Orcaflex software.The static strength is analyzed, and the influence of various parameters on the design criteria of each specification is studied. On the basis of statistical analysis, the first-order second-moment method is adopted.The reliability calculation of four failure modes of 8 risers is carried out. The target reliability index of riser is determined, and the sub-safety factors of the four failure mode design criteria of DNV specification are determined by the second leveling method.
