工作水深對浮式平臺波浪砰擊影響的敏感性分析

【摘要】:運(yùn)用風(fēng)洞和水池試驗結(jié)果修正后的數(shù)值模型,同時考慮平臺承受的風(fēng)、浪、流環(huán)境載荷,及全尺度錨泊系統(tǒng),以一典型半潛式平臺為例,利用ANSYS-AQWA軟件對半潛式平臺波浪砰擊次數(shù)和砰擊載荷進(jìn)行了非線性數(shù)值分析.在300、400和500m工作水深,45°、90°和180°3個載荷方向上建立9個工況,以及每個工況下的10個子工況,利用挪威船級社規(guī)范,研究了工作水深對平臺的波浪砰擊次數(shù)和砰擊載荷影響的敏感性.針對各工況中的10個子工況結(jié)果,以90%的Gumble分布值作為最終的平臺氣隙的結(jié)果.通過數(shù)值模擬研究表明:相同的環(huán)境載荷、錨鏈類型和預(yù)緊力的情況下,平臺的工作水深對平臺氣隙和波浪砰擊的影響非常敏感.因此,在平臺設(shè)計過程中應(yīng)充分考慮工作水深對平臺氣隙和波浪砰擊的影響.
[Abstract]:Using the modified numerical model of wind tunnel and tank test results, taking into account the wind, wave, current environment load and full-scale anchoring system, a typical semi-submersible platform is taken as an example.The nonlinear numerical analysis of wave slamming number and slamming load of semi-submersible platform is carried out by using ANSYS-AQWA software.The sensitivity of the working depth to the wave slamming times and slamming loads of the platform was studied by using the Norse Classification Society (Norse Classification Society) code. Nine working conditions were established in the 300400 and 500m working water depths in the three load directions of 45 擄, 90 擄and 180 擄, as well as 10 sub-working conditions under each working condition, and the sensitivity of the working water depth to the wave slamming times and slamming loads of the platform was studied.According to the results of 10 sub-working conditions, 90% Gumble distribution is taken as the final result of the platform air gap.The numerical simulation results show that the water depth of the platform is very sensitive to the air gap and wave slamming under the same ambient load, anchor chain type and preload.Therefore, the influence of water depth on air gap and wave slamming should be taken into account in the design of platform.
