海上B油田低滲儲(chǔ)層注入水配伍性及降壓增注研究

【摘要】:注水開(kāi)發(fā)是海上低滲透油藏最主要的開(kāi)發(fā)方式。針對(duì)實(shí)際油藏注水開(kāi)發(fā)中出現(xiàn)注水壓力不斷上升,注水量不斷下降等實(shí)際問(wèn)題,急切需要對(duì)配伍性注入水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)高低限設(shè)計(jì)以及有效降壓增注技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,以解除注水井堵塞,延長(zhǎng)注水開(kāi)發(fā)有效周期。 以海上B油田沙河街低滲儲(chǔ)層為例,首先,本文分析了B油田的物性特征以及目前的水質(zhì)控制現(xiàn)狀,著重對(duì)注水過(guò)程中造成儲(chǔ)層傷害的因素,如懸浮顆粒含量、懸浮顆粒粒徑、乳化油含量、敏感性礦物等,展開(kāi)了全面、系統(tǒng)的配伍性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,基于室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提出適合沙河街儲(chǔ)層的配伍性水質(zhì)方案。其次,利用設(shè)計(jì)的配伍性水質(zhì)指標(biāo)預(yù)測(cè)B油田低滲區(qū)塊不同注水井吸水能力的變化趨勢(shì),發(fā)現(xiàn)各井注水時(shí)間半衰期得到延長(zhǎng)。為進(jìn)一步延長(zhǎng)注水增注周期,研究了新型有效的增注技術(shù),此技術(shù)結(jié)合目前低滲儲(chǔ)層常用的表面活性劑增注技術(shù)以及活性納米材料增注技術(shù)作用機(jī)理,將雙子表面活性劑MT-01與NPS-L納米乳液兩種增注劑進(jìn)行復(fù)配,制備出不僅能夠達(dá)到超低界面張力,穩(wěn)定性良好,還有一定黏土防膨能力和優(yōu)秀潤(rùn)濕性能的復(fù)合體系,用于注水井降壓增注。最后,在室內(nèi)巖心驅(qū)替實(shí)驗(yàn)中,復(fù)合體系比NPS-L納米乳液?jiǎn)为?dú)作用或雙子表面活性劑單獨(dú)作用,表現(xiàn)出更好的降壓增注效果。 本文最終獲取了適合該儲(chǔ)層的配伍性注入水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)以及有效的降壓增注技術(shù)。為指導(dǎo)海上B油田低滲儲(chǔ)層以及物性相近低滲區(qū)塊的開(kāi)采提供了基礎(chǔ)的實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù),具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Water injection development is the most important way to develop low permeability reservoirs on the sea.In view of the practical problems such as rising injection pressure and decreasing water injection rate in actual reservoir water injection development, it is urgent to study the high and low limit design of compatible injection water quality index and the effective technology of reducing pressure and increasing injection.In order to remove the plugging of water injection wells and prolong the effective cycle of water injection development.Taking Shahejie low permeability reservoir in offshore B oil field as an example, firstly, this paper analyzes the physical characteristics of B oil field and the present water quality control situation, focusing on the factors that cause reservoir damage in the process of water injection, such as suspended particle content, suspended particle size, etc.A comprehensive and systematic experimental study on compatibility of emulsified oil and sensitive minerals was carried out. Based on the results of laboratory experiments, a compatible water quality scheme suitable for Shahejie reservoir was proposed.Secondly, by using the designed compatible water quality index to predict the change trend of water absorption capacity of different injection wells in low permeability block of B oilfield, it is found that the half-life of injection time of each well is prolonged.In order to further prolong the injection increasing period of water injection, a new and effective injection increasing technology is studied, which combines the surfactant injection technology and the mechanism of the active nanometer material injection technology, which are commonly used in low permeability reservoirs at present.The Gemini surfactant MT-01 and NPS-L nano-emulsion were mixed to prepare the composite system, which could not only achieve ultra-low interfacial tension, good stability, but also had certain anti-swelling ability and excellent wetting property of clay.Used for reducing pressure and increasing injection in water injection wells.Finally, in the laboratory core displacement experiment, the composite system has better effect of reducing pressure and increasing injection than NPS-L nano-emulsion alone or Gemini surfactant alone.In this paper, the compatible injection water quality index and the effective technique of reducing pressure and increasing injection are obtained.It provides a basic experimental basis for the exploitation of low permeability reservoirs and low permeability blocks with similar physical properties in offshore B oilfield, and has practical significance.
