陰—非離子表面活性劑的合成及驅(qū)油性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:磺酸鹽型陰-非離子表面活性劑分子中S原子與C原子直接相連,表現(xiàn)突出的高溫穩(wěn)定性,同時(shí)磺酸根離子比其他陰離子基團(tuán)具有更好的抗鹽性,因此該表面活性劑能應(yīng)用于高溫高鹽油藏驅(qū)油。本文合成了一系列聚醚磺酸鹽并對(duì)其驅(qū)油性能進(jìn)行研究,主要取得如下進(jìn)展:(1)采用NaOH或甲醇鈉制備醇鈉,醇鈉與2-氯乙基磺酸鈉反應(yīng)合成具有不同EO值、不同疏水基團(tuán)的聚醚磺酸鹽。單因素法優(yōu)化A-7醚化反應(yīng)合成條件,通過(guò)紅外、核磁、質(zhì)譜等方法驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)物為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。(2)直鏈烷基醇聚醚磺酸鹽隨分子中EO鏈增長(zhǎng),其cmc和γcmc增大。支鏈T-7的 cmc 值大于 A-7,P-7的γcmc 高于 A-7。A-7、A-9、A-15、T-7 在 NaCl 濃度為 22× 104mg/L時(shí)無(wú)新相產(chǎn)生,烷基醇/酚聚醚磺酸鹽溶解在3000mg/L Ca~(2+)溶液中均無(wú)沉淀生成。(3)隨直鏈烷基醇聚醚磺酸鹽EO鏈增長(zhǎng),體系油水界面張力先降低后增加,A-7、T-7體系界面張力低于P-7。A-7、A-9、T-7體系在NaCl濃度為10~22×104mg/L時(shí),界面張力降至10-3~10-4mN/m。隨Ca~(2+)濃度增加,聚醚磺酸鹽體系界面張力先降低后增加。優(yōu)選體系A(chǔ)-7、A-9、T-7在85℃、110℃烘箱放置90d后,其界面張力仍為10-2mN/m數(shù)量級(jí)。(4)T-7、A-7、A-9體系對(duì)含瀝青質(zhì)較高、烷烴碳數(shù)分布適宜的DK、YM原油降界面張力能力更強(qiáng)。煤油中加入膠質(zhì)或?yàn)r青質(zhì)能與直鏈A-7發(fā)生協(xié)同作用降低油水界面張力,其與支鏈T-7作用造成油水界面張力增加,飽和分或芳香分造成A-7、T-7體系油水界面張力增加。(5)相同油水比乳化體系,P-7乳化速率最快,P-7、T-7的乳化穩(wěn)定高于A-7體系,P-7乳狀液粒徑分布細(xì)小均勻,中徑為20.61um。經(jīng)A-7、P-7、T-7體系作用后,親水石英片保持親水性,親油石英片發(fā)生潤(rùn)濕反轉(zhuǎn)。T-7、P-7聚醚磺酸鹽在石英砂的吸附損失小于1mg/g砂。(6)驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,巖心滲透率約為10×10-3um~2,降界面張力能力強(qiáng)的體系提高采收率更高。巖心滲透率約為50×10-3um~2,T-7、A-7、P-7體系提高采收率約為17%,P-7的乳化性能有利于提高采收率。
[Abstract]:The S atom of sulfonate anion-Nonionic surfactant molecule is directly connected with C atom, showing outstanding high temperature stability, and the sulfonate ion has better salt resistance than other anionic groups.Therefore, the surfactant can be used to drive oil in high temperature and high salt reservoirs.In this paper, a series of polyether sulfonates have been synthesized and their oil displacement properties have been studied. The main progress is as follows: (1) Sodium alcohol is prepared by NaOH or sodium methoxide. The reaction of sodium alcohol with sodium 2-chloroethyl sulfonate has different EO values.Polyether sulfonates with different hydrophobic groups.The synthesis conditions of A-7 etherification reaction were optimized by single factor method. It was verified by IR, NMR and MS that the product was the target product. The linear alkyl alcohol polyether sulfonate increased with the EO chain in the molecule, and its cmc and 緯 cmc increased.The interfacial tension of oil-water system decreases first and then increases. The interfacial tension of the system is lower than that of P-7.A-7 + A-9T _ 7 system. When the concentration of NaCl is 10 ~ 22 脳 104mg/L, the interfacial tension decreases to 10 ~ (-3) ~ 10 ~ (-4) mn 路m ~ (-1) 路m ~ (-1).The interfacial tension of polyether sulfonate system decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of Ca~(2 concentration.After being placed in the oven at 85 鈩,
