地層巖性解釋及PDC鉆頭選型方法研究

【摘要】:隨著PDC鉆頭使用越來越廣泛,型號(hào)越來越多,如何選擇與鉆井地層相適應(yīng)的PDC鉆頭就變得非常有意義。論文旨在以測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)現(xiàn)場鉆井需求,建立PDC鉆頭選型模型,以達(dá)到輔助鉆井決策、提高鉆井速度、降低鉆井成本的目的。本文開展的研究包括建立基于鄰井測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的多井巖性解釋模型;建立PDC鉆頭磨損預(yù)測模型:將PDC鉆頭結(jié)構(gòu)特征量化,建立針對(duì)一段將鉆地層井段的基于單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度和巖石可鉆性級(jí)值的鉆頭選型模型。 在目前基于鄰井測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的巖性解釋模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合石油鉆井的現(xiàn)場實(shí)際,提出了多井巖性解釋模型。根據(jù)已鉆地層測井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)建立多井巖石力學(xué)空間曲線并預(yù)測區(qū)域內(nèi)待鉆地層巖性,使解釋結(jié)果更符合實(shí)際,也為準(zhǔn)確推薦鉆頭型號(hào)提供了依據(jù)。 對(duì)PDC鉆頭選型提出了針對(duì)特征推薦的選型模型,主要分為兩個(gè)方面的工作:一是對(duì)PDC鉆頭進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)特征量化,二是對(duì)PDC鉆頭特征進(jìn)行推薦。對(duì)PDC鉆頭特征按照IADC編碼進(jìn)行量化,包括刀翼數(shù)、齒的直徑、布齒密度以及冠部形狀。根據(jù)專家經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立了PDC鉆頭特征基于巖石單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度和巖石可鉆性級(jí)值的適用度系數(shù)模型,同時(shí),統(tǒng)計(jì)巖石范圍的進(jìn)尺數(shù),提出針對(duì)將鉆地層逐井段的PDC鉆頭選型模型。 根據(jù)上述巖性多井解釋模型和PDC鉆頭選型模型,進(jìn)行了軟件的編制和調(diào)試,初步建立了PDC鉆頭選型綜合軟件。選型結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場實(shí)際應(yīng)用相符合,表明了選型模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing use of PDC bits and more and more types of bits, how to select PDC bit suitable for drilling formation becomes very meaningful. This paper aims to establish the model of PDC bit selection based on well logging data and according to the demand of field drilling. In order to achieve the purpose of auxiliary drilling decision, increasing drilling speed and reducing drilling cost, the research in this paper includes the establishment of multi-well lithologic interpretation model based on adjacent well logging data. The wear prediction model of PDC bit is established: the structural characteristics of PDC bit are quantified, and the drill bit selection model based on uniaxial compressive strength and rock drillability grade is established for a section of formation to be drilled. On the basis of the current lithologic interpretation model based on adjacent well logging data, combined with the field practice of oil drilling, A multi-well lithologic interpretation model is proposed. The rock mechanics spatial curve of multi-well is established according to the well logging data and the lithology of the formation to be drilled in the area is predicted. The interpretation results are more suitable for the reality and provide the basis for the accurate recommendation of drill bit type. The selection model for PDC bit selection is proposed, which is mainly divided into two aspects: firstly, the structural feature quantization of PDC bit is carried out. The second is to recommend the features of PDC bits. The features of PDC bits are quantized according to IADC coding, including the number of blades, the diameter of teeth, the density of teeth and the shape of crown. Based on the model of applicability coefficient of rock uniaxial compressive strength and rock drillability grade, the PDC bit characteristics are established. At the same time, the model of PDC bit selection is put forward according to the advance number of rock range. According to the above lithologic multi-well interpretation model and PDC bit selection model, the software is compiled and debugged, and the comprehensive software of PDC bit selection is preliminarily established. The result of selection accords with the actual application in the field and shows the correctness of the selection model.
