超稠油直井水平井組合蒸汽驅參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對風城油田重32井區(qū)蒸汽吞吐輪次高、周期產(chǎn)油量低、油汽比低等突出問題,建立直井水平井組合蒸汽驅典型井組的數(shù)值模擬模型,通過設置不同的參數(shù)組合方案,運用單因素法和正交實驗法研究井網(wǎng)井距、轉驅時機、注采參數(shù)等對生產(chǎn)效果的影響。分析結果表明,直井水平井組合蒸汽驅合理的開發(fā)技術參數(shù)為:直井與水平井井距為35 m;水平段位于直井井排中間;直井蒸汽吞吐8周期、水平井蒸汽吞吐2周期后轉蒸汽驅;注汽速度為70 t/d;采注比為1.2;井底蒸汽干度大于0.7;井口Sub-cool(井口壓力對應的飽和蒸汽溫度與流體實際溫度的差值)為10~20℃;直井連續(xù)注汽200 d后可轉輪換注汽,注3個月停1個月。試驗區(qū)轉蒸汽驅后,日產(chǎn)油由63 t/d升至117 t/d,階段油汽比由0.08升至0.19。研究成果可有效指導超稠油蒸汽驅現(xiàn)場動態(tài)調控,為后續(xù)技術推廣提供理論支持與經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the outstanding problems such as high times of steam huff and puff, low periodic oil production and low oil / steam ratio in Fengcheng Oilfield, a numerical simulation model for typical well groups of horizontal well combination steam drive in straight well is established, and different parameter combination schemes are set up. Single factor method and orthogonal experiment method are used to study the effects of well spacing, timing of transfer drive and injection-production parameters on the production results. The reasonable development technical parameters of horizontal well combination steam flooding are as follows: the distance between straight well and horizontal well is 35 m, horizontal section is in the middle of vertical well row, steam huff and puff in vertical well is 8 cycles, steam huff and puff in horizontal well is 2 cycles and then steam drive is changed. The steam injection rate is 70 t / d; the production injection ratio is 1.2; the downhole steam dryness is greater than 0.7; the wellhead Sub-coolness (the difference between the saturated steam temperature corresponding to the wellhead pressure and the actual fluid temperature) is 1020 鈩,
