連續(xù)管安全夾持摩擦系數(shù)允許區(qū)間研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)連續(xù)管作業(yè)機(jī)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)過(guò)程中頻繁發(fā)生連續(xù)管溜管、咬傷等問(wèn)題,提出摩擦系數(shù)區(qū)間對(duì)連續(xù)管安全夾持的影響研究。利用實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)值計(jì)算相結(jié)合的方法,在不同軸向力和夾緊力工況下,研究摩擦系數(shù)對(duì)連續(xù)管等效應(yīng)力、等效塑性變形及連續(xù)管位移量的影響。以連續(xù)管屈服強(qiáng)度和2‰塑性變形為評(píng)判依據(jù),得出連續(xù)管安全夾持摩擦系數(shù)允許區(qū)間為0.4~0.6。該研究為連續(xù)管安全作業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,并為夾持系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
