添加劑改性對催化裂化油漿靜電分離的影響

【摘要】:為提高催化裂化油漿的靜電分離效果,對一級靜電后的油漿經(jīng)過改性之后再進(jìn)行二級靜電脫固。通過比較4種添加劑加入后的靜電脫固效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)介電常數(shù)較高、導(dǎo)電率較低的添加劑A最優(yōu)。經(jīng)過對加入添加劑后靜電分離實(shí)驗(yàn)條件的優(yōu)化,確定了添加劑改性時(shí)靜電分離的最優(yōu)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件。與不進(jìn)行改性相比,改性后的脫固效率提高了21%,凈化油漿催化劑顆粒含量低于10μg/g。對固體顆粒的介電常數(shù)進(jìn)行測定,利用光學(xué)顯微觀察、能譜分析及紅外光譜儀對靜電前后油漿中剩余固體顆粒的物理狀態(tài)及物質(zhì)組成進(jìn)行了觀察,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)向油漿中加入添加劑A之后再進(jìn)行靜電分離,可以使凈化油漿中的固體顆粒含量減小,介電常數(shù)增加,并且添加劑對油漿中的催化劑顆粒作用比較明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the electrostatic separation effect of FCC slurry, the slurry after the first grade static electricity was modified and then the second order electrostatic desorption was carried out. By comparing the electrostatic desorption effect of the four additives, it was found that the dielectric constant was higher. By optimizing the experimental conditions of electrostatic separation after adding additives, the optimum experimental conditions of electrostatic separation when the additives are modified are determined. After modification, the desorption efficiency was increased by 21%, and the content of catalyst particles in purified slurry was less than 10 渭 g / g. The dielectric constant of solid particles was measured and observed by optical microscopy. The physical state and composition of residual solid particles in slurry before and after static electricity were observed by energy spectrum analysis and infrared spectrometer. It was found that additive A was added to the slurry before electrostatic separation. It can reduce the content of solid particles and increase the dielectric constant in the purified slurry, and the effect of additives on the catalyst particles in the slurry is obvious.
