耦合雙重分形蚓孔的表皮因子計算模型

【摘要】:基質(zhì)酸化是碳酸鹽巖油氣藏最經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的增產(chǎn)方式之一,表皮因子是此類油藏酸化設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵因素。鑒于酸巖反應(yīng)影響因素多,酸蝕蚓孔生長隨機(jī)性強(qiáng),且呈分支型體積展布,以往的表皮因子計算模型通常只將其簡化為一等效半徑,計算結(jié)果可靠性較低。為此,引入了以不規(guī)則幾何形態(tài)為研究對象的分形幾何學(xué)方法,驗證了室內(nèi)實驗得到的單蚓孔平面分布的分形性,得到了其分形維數(shù)及單蚓孔長度擴(kuò)展模型。結(jié)合Golfier模型,對多蚓孔同時擴(kuò)展模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,建立了描述多蚓孔間競爭分布的雙重分形數(shù)學(xué)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,按照酸蝕蚓孔長度與污染半徑間對比關(guān)系,將表皮因子計算模型改進(jìn)為兩區(qū)模型、三區(qū)模型和交叉分布模型3種模式。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際數(shù)據(jù),對計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了參數(shù)敏感性分析。根據(jù)表皮因子隨用酸量、施工排量的變化趨勢可以優(yōu)選施工參數(shù),滲透率差異系數(shù)代表儲層污染程度,也是影響表皮因子和增產(chǎn)效果的重要因素和選井選層的重要依據(jù)。對比表明,通過常規(guī)等效半徑模型得到的表皮因子小于雙重分形模型下的計算值,這也解釋了碳酸鹽巖儲層在負(fù)表皮因子下,經(jīng)過酸化后仍能增產(chǎn)的原因。
[Abstract]:Matrix acidification is one of the most economical and effective ways to increase production in carbonate reservoir. Epidermal factor is the key factor in acidizing design of this kind of reservoir. The former epidermal factor calculation model only simplifies it to an equivalent radius, and the reliability of the calculation results is low. Therefore, a fractal geometry method with irregular geometry as the object of study is introduced. The fractal properties of the plane distribution of the single wormhole are verified, and the fractal dimension and the length expansion model of the single wormhole are obtained. Combined with the Golfier model, the simulation results of the simultaneous expansion of the wormhole are analyzed. A double fractal mathematical model is established to describe the distribution of competition between the vermis holes. Based on the comparison between the length of the wormhole and the pollution radius, the calculation model of the epidermis factor is improved to a two-zone model. The three models of three-zone model and cross-distribution model are used to analyze the sensitivity of the calculation results. According to the change trend of the construction displacement, the construction parameters can be selected according to the epidermal factor with the amount of acid used. Permeability difference coefficient represents the degree of reservoir pollution, is also an important factor affecting skin factor and stimulation effect and an important basis for selecting wells and layers. The epidermal factor obtained by the conventional equivalent radius model is less than the calculated value under the double fractal model, which also explains the reason why carbonate reservoir can still increase production after acidification under the negative epidermal factor.
