鉆前工程附屬設(shè)備裝配式基礎(chǔ)研發(fā)與性能分析

【摘要】:本文旨在研發(fā)一種性能優(yōu)異、施工快捷、能循環(huán)利用的鉆井工程附屬設(shè)備基礎(chǔ),并實(shí)現(xiàn)其工廠化和模塊化施工。裝配式設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)屬于一種新型組合基礎(chǔ),并沒有統(tǒng)一的計算方法與設(shè)計規(guī)范,要想推廣裝配式設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)在鉆前工程中使用,必須要保證結(jié)構(gòu)在設(shè)計中所需要的延性,足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度以及抗沖切能力,使預(yù)制基礎(chǔ)具備足夠的變形能力以及充足的安全儲備,嚴(yán)格控制裝配式基礎(chǔ)預(yù)制構(gòu)件破壞時的裂縫寬度以及裝配式基礎(chǔ)預(yù)制構(gòu)件的不均勻沉降,保證地基、裝配式基礎(chǔ)以及設(shè)備直接的協(xié)同工作及其整體穩(wěn)定性。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:1)預(yù)制基礎(chǔ)的模塊化設(shè)計:根據(jù)不同地質(zhì)情況,鉆井工程的常見規(guī)模和附屬設(shè)備的自重、形狀、尺寸等參數(shù),設(shè)計出相應(yīng)的混凝土預(yù)制基礎(chǔ)并實(shí)現(xiàn)其模塊化,包括預(yù)制基礎(chǔ)的形狀、尺寸、配筋、預(yù)埋件的留設(shè)、預(yù)制基礎(chǔ)的吊裝、承載力和抵抗變形能力;2)地基、設(shè)備和基礎(chǔ)的整體穩(wěn)定性研究:地基與基礎(chǔ)的錨固,地基與基礎(chǔ)的錨固方式擬采用螺桿錨筋錨固,需要研究錨桿的直徑、長度、錨固方法和錨固后基礎(chǔ)的穩(wěn)定性;基礎(chǔ)與設(shè)備的連接,鉆井工程附屬設(shè)備種類較多,尺寸、形狀各異,需要研究基礎(chǔ)與不同設(shè)備的細(xì)部構(gòu)造連接問題,包括孔洞的留設(shè)、連接件的構(gòu)造、形式和具體布置等;3)研發(fā)相應(yīng)的完整的技術(shù)可行、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的施工工藝流程,并進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)分析。本文對此研發(fā)設(shè)計出了2種適用于鉆前工程附屬設(shè)備的裝配式基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)其模數(shù)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化拼裝技術(shù),并對其進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的理論分析,保證裝配式構(gòu)件的合理拼裝、預(yù)制構(gòu)件的安全設(shè)計以及裝配式基礎(chǔ)與地基的穩(wěn)定性連接,繪制出相應(yīng)的施工圖集,研制出相應(yīng)可行的施工工藝流程,并對整套裝配式基礎(chǔ)方案進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)分析。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to develop a kind of auxiliary equipment foundation of drilling engineering, which has excellent performance, fast construction, and can be recycled, and realize its industrial and modular construction. The assembly equipment foundation belongs to a new type of combination foundation. There is no uniform calculation method and design specification. In order to promote the use of assembly equipment foundation in pre-drilling engineering, it is necessary to ensure the ductility, strength, stiffness and punching ability of the structure needed in the design. Make the prefabricated foundation have enough deformation ability and sufficient safety reserve, strictly control the crack width of the prefabricated component and the uneven settlement of the prefabricated component of the prefabricated foundation, so as to ensure the foundation, The modular design of prefabricated foundation: according to different geological conditions, the common scale of drilling engineering and the weight and shape of auxiliary equipment, Design and modularize the corresponding precast concrete foundation, including the shape, size, reinforcement, embedded parts, hoisting, bearing capacity and resistance to deformation of the prefabricated foundation, and other parameters, including the shape, size, reinforcement of the prefabricated foundation, the hoisting of the prefabricated foundation, the bearing capacity and the ability to resist deformation. Research on the overall stability of equipment and foundation: the Anchorage of foundation and foundation, the anchoring mode of foundation and foundation is to adopt screw anchor bar, it is necessary to study the diameter, length, anchoring method and stability of foundation after anchoring. The connection between the foundation and the equipment, the drilling engineering accessory equipment kind is many, the size, the shape is different, need to study the foundation and the different equipment detail construction connection question, including the hole retention, the connection member construction, In this paper, two kinds of prefabricated foundation suitable for pre-drilling engineering are designed and designed, and the corresponding complete technical feasible, economical and reasonable construction process flow is developed, and the economic and technical analysis is also carried out. The modular, standardized, large-scale production technology and standardized assembly technology are realized, and the corresponding theoretical analysis is carried out to ensure the reasonable assembly of assembly components. The safety design of prefabricated components and the stability connection between the prefabricated foundation and the foundation are obtained, the corresponding construction maps are drawn, the corresponding feasible construction process is developed, and the economic and technical analysis of the whole assembly foundation scheme is carried out.
