減壓渣油摻煉焦化蠟油的焦化反應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:以國內(nèi)某煉油廠減壓渣油為焦化原料,選用該廠焦化蠟油作為供氫劑,并將焦化蠟油切割成小于400℃餾分(A)、400~430℃餾分(B)和430~460℃餾分(C)3個窄餾分,測定了3個窄餾分的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和供氫指數(shù),并在相同的反應(yīng)條件下,在減壓渣油中分別摻煉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10%的3個窄餾分,考察了各焦化產(chǎn)物的收率,并與純減壓渣油焦化反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果表明:3個窄餾分供氫指數(shù)由大到小的順序為ABC;摻煉窄餾分A的焦化反應(yīng)液體收率明顯高于純減壓渣油焦化反應(yīng);在3個窄餾分中,摻煉A時的液體收率最高,摻煉B時次之,摻煉C時最低,這與3個窄餾分供氫指數(shù)的測定結(jié)果一致。
