長(zhǎng)輸油氣管道弱磁應(yīng)力內(nèi)檢測(cè)技術(shù)

【摘要】:應(yīng)力集中是導(dǎo)致油氣管道發(fā)生破壞的重要原因,它的存在給管道的安全運(yùn)行帶來(lái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。針對(duì)油氣管道的應(yīng)力在線檢測(cè)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),提出弱磁應(yīng)力內(nèi)檢測(cè)技術(shù)。對(duì)弱磁信號(hào)產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,利用基于第一性原理的材料仿真軟件對(duì)鐵磁材料在受力過(guò)程中的弱磁效應(yīng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。提出管道差異運(yùn)行壓力下二次弱磁內(nèi)檢測(cè)法,給出油氣管道應(yīng)力集中程度的評(píng)價(jià)方法。自主研發(fā)高精度弱磁應(yīng)力內(nèi)檢測(cè)裝置并在實(shí)際管道中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)輸管道應(yīng)力集中的在線內(nèi)檢測(cè)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)。利用各種檢測(cè)手段對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:弱磁信號(hào)的產(chǎn)生與應(yīng)力及其損傷狀態(tài)直接相關(guān)。應(yīng)力作用根本上導(dǎo)致原子磁矩變化,宏觀表現(xiàn)為弱磁信號(hào)隨應(yīng)力的變化而變化。管道差異運(yùn)行壓力二次弱磁內(nèi)檢測(cè)可以準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)管道應(yīng)力集中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度。工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用及開(kāi)挖驗(yàn)證表明了管道弱磁應(yīng)力內(nèi)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的可行性及有效性。
[Abstract]:Stress concentration is an important reason leading to the failure of oil and gas pipelines, and its existence brings risks to the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines. This paper puts forward the technique of internal detection of weak magnetic stress, and analyzes the cause of weak magnetic signal. Based on the first-principle material simulation software, the weak magnetic effect of ferromagnetic material in the process of loading is calculated, and the method of secondary weak magnetic internal detection under the differential operating pressure of pipeline is proposed. The evaluation method of stress concentration degree of oil and gas pipeline is given. On-line detection and risk assessment of stress concentration in long distance pipeline are realized. The results are verified by various testing methods. The results show that the generation of weak magnetic signal is directly related to the stress and its damage state. The action basically causes the atomic magnetic moment to change. The signal of weak magnetic field changes with the change of stress. The degree of stress concentration risk can be accurately evaluated by the second weak magnetic field detection of pipeline differential operating pressure. The engineering application and excavation verification show that the weak magnetic field of pipeline is weak magnetic response. Feasibility and effectiveness of in-force detection technology.
