吉林油田調(diào)剖體系性能評(píng)價(jià)方法建立與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:調(diào)剖技術(shù)已成為吉林油田高含水開發(fā)區(qū)塊控水穩(wěn)油、提高水驅(qū)采收率的主體技術(shù)。隨著調(diào)剖技術(shù)的發(fā)展,堵劑的評(píng)價(jià)與應(yīng)用研究直接影響著調(diào)剖劑體系的效果,制約著調(diào)剖效果的成敗與發(fā)展,調(diào)剖調(diào)驅(qū)體系性能的的評(píng)價(jià)顯得越來越重要。吉林油田注水油藏溫度分布在30~100℃左右,地層滲透率分布從10~1000mD,地層優(yōu)勢(shì)通道有孔隙、自然人工裂縫、高滲條帶等互相結(jié)合的方式,調(diào)剖難度較大。目前吉林油田調(diào)剖體系主要有凝膠、彈性顆粒、粉煤灰、橡膠顆粒、木屑、核桃殼、污泥、聚合物內(nèi)聚微球、驅(qū)油劑及其相互復(fù)配的體系,每種體系評(píng)價(jià)方法各不相同。僅僅依靠行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)不全面,無法滿足調(diào)剖體系多元化、復(fù)雜化的需求。結(jié)合調(diào)剖區(qū)塊地質(zhì)特征,形成了顆粒體系、凍膠體系、凝膠體系、微球體系、驅(qū)油體系及泡沫體系的性能評(píng)價(jià)方法,顆粒體系靜態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)其吸水膨脹性能,動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)其抗剪切性能、封堵性能、驅(qū)油性能;凝膠體系靜態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)聚合物濃度、礦化度、稀釋、抗剪切性能,動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)其流變性能,封堵性能、驅(qū)油性能及分流率;驅(qū)油體系評(píng)價(jià)其界面張力、洗油性能、乳化能力、乳狀液穩(wěn)定性;凝膠復(fù)合體系評(píng)價(jià)其流變性;泡沫體系動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)其封堵性能和驅(qū)油性能。評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)選的體系應(yīng)用于扶余、紅崗、新木、乾安等各個(gè)油田,取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:Profile control technology has become the high water cut development block of Jilin oil stabilization and water control, improving water flooding recovery of the main technology. With the development of profile control technology, the research and application of plugging agent evaluation system directly affects the effect of profile control agent, success and development restricts the effect of profile control, profile control and flooding evaluation the performance of the system is becoming more and more important. Jilin oilfield reservoir temperature distribution at 30~100 DEG C, the permeability distribution from the 10~1000mD formation of dominant channel pore, natural fracture, high permeability zone etc. with each other way, profile control is difficult. At present, Jilin oilfield system are mainly gel elastic particles fly ash, rubber, wood, walnut shell, sludge, cohesion of polymer microspheres, oil displacement agent and mixed system, evaluation methods of each system are different. Only rely on industry standard evaluation system, evaluation index is not complete Surface profile control system cannot meet the diversified and complex needs. Combined with the profile control block geological characteristics, forming a system of particles, gel, gel microspheres, system, performance evaluation method of oil displacement system and foam system, particle system and its water swelling properties of static evaluation, dynamic evaluation of the shear resistance and plugging the performance of oil displacement performance; evaluation system of static gel polymer concentration, salinity, dilution, shear resistance and dynamic evaluation of the rheological properties, plugging performance, oil displacement performance and flow rate; to evaluate the interfacial tension and oil displacement system performance, emulsifying capacity, emulsion stability; the evaluation of rheological properties of gels the dynamic evaluation system; foam plugging performance and oil displacement performance. The evaluation system is applied in Fuyu, Honggang, new wood, Qian'an and other fields, have gained good effect.
