浮式平臺(tái)立柱截面倒角半徑對(duì)流力的影響

【摘要】:浮式平臺(tái)是深海油氣資源開發(fā)的重要裝備。在浮式平臺(tái)作業(yè)過程中,流力對(duì)平臺(tái)的定位有直接影響,是平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要考慮的重要因素。當(dāng)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)方案確定后,立柱的主尺度將不能改變,其流力將取決于截面倒角。采用FLUENT軟件對(duì)不同截面倒角立柱的流力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,立柱倒角對(duì)拖航阻力有明顯影響,當(dāng)立柱截面倒角大于2m時(shí),流力可減少50%以上。研究結(jié)果可為浮式平臺(tái)船型設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Floating platform is an important equipment for the exploitation of deep-sea oil and gas resources. In the course of operation of floating platform, the flow force has a direct influence on the positioning of the platform and is an important factor to be considered in platform design. The main scale of column will not be changed, and its flow force will depend on the chamfer of section. The flow force of different section chamfering column is calculated by using FLUENT software. The results show that the chamfering angle of column has obvious influence on towing resistance. When the chamfering angle of column section is more than 2m, the flow force can be reduced by more than 50%. The results of the study can provide a reference for the design of floating platform ship form.
