耐溫抗鹽共聚物的合成及性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著石油工業(yè)的進(jìn)步和石油開(kāi)采難度的增加,對(duì)油田用水溶性聚合物的要求越來(lái)越高。目前常用的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的粘度會(huì)隨地層中礦化度和溫度的增加而急劇下降,已經(jīng)難以滿足目前三次采油的要求,故耐溫抗鹽聚合物受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。本文采用水溶液自由基聚合的方法,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、雙丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)為單體,合成了 AM/DAAM二元共聚物,AM/DAAM/AMPS三元共聚物和同時(shí)含有大側(cè)基的非離子單體單元、陰離子單體單元和疏水單體單元的AM/DAAM/AMPS/DMAM四元共聚物。通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)物紅外光譜的分析,合成的產(chǎn)物與目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物一致,分析三種共聚物的熱失重曲線,發(fā)現(xiàn)三種共聚物的熱穩(wěn)定性從大到小依次為:四元共聚物三元共聚物二元共聚物。利用五因素四水平的正交試驗(yàn)法對(duì)三種共聚的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,確定了在DAAM占單體的10 wt%,單體總濃度為15 wt%,引發(fā)劑用量占反應(yīng)體系的0.1 wt%,EDTA二鈉用量占反應(yīng)體系的0.08wt%,溫度為50℃時(shí),得到的二元共聚物1000mg/L水溶液的表觀粘度最高,達(dá)到48.6 mPa·s。三元共聚物的最佳合成條件為:AMPS用量占單體的20 wt%,引發(fā)劑占反應(yīng)體系的0.10 wt%,EDTA二鈉占反應(yīng)體系的0.10 wt%,溫度為40℃,體系pH值為8,在該條件下產(chǎn)物的表觀粘度最高,達(dá)到83.4 mPa·s。四元共聚物的最佳合成條件為:DMAM用量占單體的1.5 wt%,引發(fā)劑占反應(yīng)體系的0.12 wt%,EDTA二鈉占反應(yīng)體系的0.08wt%,溫度為40℃,體系pH值為8,在該條件下產(chǎn)物的表觀粘度為93.1 mPa-s。用稀釋法測(cè)試得到三種共聚物的特性粘數(shù)分別為:1047.6 mL/g,960.8 mL/g,786.3 mL/g;相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量在300~500萬(wàn)之間。二元共聚物的溶解時(shí)間在4h,三元和四元共聚物溶解時(shí)間均小于2h。對(duì)比三種共聚物與HPAM的性能,結(jié)果表明:在相同條件下,AM/DAAM、AM/DAAM/AMPS 和 AM/DAAM/AMPS/DMAM 的粘度保留率均大于HPAM。說(shuō)明自制的三種共聚物的耐溫性、抗剪切性和抗鹽性均優(yōu)于HPAM,其中四元共聚物的綜合性能最突出。用三種共聚物進(jìn)行室內(nèi)巖心模擬驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,制備的三種共聚物驅(qū)替液(1000 mg/LAM/DAAM二元共聚物、1000 mg/L AM/DAAM/AMPS三元共聚物和1000 mg/L AM/DAAM/AMPS/DMAM四元共聚物)可分別提高采收率6.6%,10.5%和 13.2%。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the petroleum industry and the increasing difficulty of oil exploitation, The viscosity of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide aqueous solution will decrease sharply with the increase of salinity and temperature in the formation, so it is difficult to meet the requirement of tertiary oil recovery. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the thermo-resistant and salt-resistant polymers. In this paper, aqueous solution free radical polymerization was carried out with the monomers of acrylamide (AM), diacetone acrylamide (DAAM), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and N- (N-dimethylacrylamide) (DMAM). AM/DAAM binary copolymers, AM/DAAM / DAAM / amps terpolymer and AM/DAAM/AMPS/DMAM quaternary copolymers with large side groups, anionic monomer units and hydrophobic monomer units were synthesized. The synthesized products are consistent with the target products. The thermogravimetric curves of the three copolymers are analyzed. It was found that the thermal stability of the three copolymers was in the order of four component terpolymer binary copolymers from large to small. The experimental conditions of the three kinds of copolymers were optimized by means of orthogonal test of five factors and four levels. It was determined that the aqueous solution of binary copolymers 1000mg/L had the highest apparent viscosity at the temperature of 50 鈩,
