筆架嶺區(qū)塊大位移井固井技術研究及應用

【摘要】:本文分析了國內(nèi)外大位移井固井技術的發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀,針對筆架嶺區(qū)塊的大位移井,分析了該區(qū)塊固井技術上的難點,并有針對性的提出了控制措施。針對套管下入及居中的問題,引入了極限偏心距理論,針對帶扶正器的套管串下入中的摩阻問題進行了理論分析并提出了計算模型,通過現(xiàn)場應用測得的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析、比較,實際測得的結果和計算的結果,誤差保證在7%上下,這比不考慮扶正器影響的模型計算結果更真實,更接近施工情況。針對固井水泥漿體系的問題,結合筆架嶺區(qū)塊封固段長、固井過程中易發(fā)生井漏的特點,提出在固井施工作業(yè)中采用低密度水泥漿加常規(guī)密度水泥漿的雙凝固井水泥漿體系,開發(fā)出相應配套的外加劑,優(yōu)選出降失水劑DWJS-1、分散劑DWF、早強劑DWZ-1,開發(fā)出能夠降低水泥石彈性模量的增韌材料DWZR-105。由于該區(qū)塊大位移井封固段較長,必須使用低密度水泥漿降低靜液柱壓力,開發(fā)出適用于筆架嶺區(qū)塊的密度范圍為1.30~1.50g/cm3,溫度使用范圍為45℃~70℃的低密度水泥漿,該水泥漿體系可以較好的解決該區(qū)塊大位移井固井過程中容易出現(xiàn)的井漏問題。以緊密堆積理論和超混合復合材料機理為理論指導,開發(fā)出適用于筆架嶺區(qū)塊大位移井的常規(guī)密度增韌水泥漿體系,該體系水泥漿性能穩(wěn)定,稠化時間可調(diào),水泥漿稠化時過度時間短,水泥石彈性模量低,7d彈性模量(GPa)在5.02-5.27之間。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the present situation of cementing technology for extended reach wells at home and abroad is analyzed, and the difficulties of cementing technology in Bijialing block are analyzed. Aiming at the problem of casing entry and center, the limit eccentricity theory is introduced, and the friction problem in casing string with centralizer is analyzed theoretically and the calculation model is put forward. By analyzing the measured data in the field, comparing the actual measured results with the calculated results, the error is guaranteed to be about 7%, which is more true than the model results without the influence of centralizer. In view of the problem of cementing cement slurry system, combined with the characteristics of long sealing section in Bijialing block and easy occurrence of well leakage during cementing, In the cementing operation, the dual solidified well cement slurry system with low density cement slurry and conventional density cement slurry is used to develop the corresponding admixture. Water loss reducing agent DWJS-1, dispersant DWFand early strength agent DWZ-1 were selected to develop toughening material DWZR-105which can reduce the elastic modulus of cement stone. Because of the long cementing section of the extended reach well in this block, it is necessary to use low density cement slurry to reduce the hydrostatic column pressure.
