【摘要】:通過(guò)浸泡實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了鎧裝層用鋼在模擬海水環(huán)境下的腐蝕行為.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的微觀組織由回火馬氏體組成,同時(shí)在基體中觀察到含鉻的析出粒子;腐蝕速率隨著腐蝕時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)逐漸降低,最終實(shí)驗(yàn)腐蝕速率為0.068 9 mm·a~(-1).腐蝕行為分為三個(gè)階段:快速下降階段、平穩(wěn)過(guò)渡階段和緩慢下降階段,試樣表面的腐蝕產(chǎn)物主要為α-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH,Fe_3O_4,Fe_2O_3;隨著腐蝕時(shí)間的增加,腐蝕產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)更加密實(shí)且厚度更大,鉻元素傾向于在腐蝕產(chǎn)物中聚集.
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior of steel armor layer in simulated seawater environment studied by immersion test. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the steel is composed of tempered martensite, and observed precipitation of chromium in the matrix; the corrosion rate decreased with the lengthening of corrosion time, corrosion rate of the final experiment was 0.0689 mm - a~ (-1). The corrosion behavior is divided into three stages: rapid decline stage, smooth transition and slow stages, the corrosion product sample surface is mainly alpha -FeOOH, R -FeOOH, Fe_3O_4, Fe_2O_3; with the increase of etching time, the structure of corrosion products is more real and more encryption thickness, Cr tends to gather in corrosion products.
