【摘要】：利用較厚的鹽丘建設(shè)鹽穴地下儲(chǔ)氣庫來儲(chǔ)存石油與天然氣的案例在國外已經(jīng)有許多年的歷史,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與科技的進(jìn)步,對(duì)能源的需求也與日俱增,鹽穴地下儲(chǔ)氣庫的建設(shè)也在我國有了突破性的發(fā)展。我國的地質(zhì)條件相對(duì)復(fù)雜,國外建設(shè)地下儲(chǔ)氣庫的經(jīng)驗(yàn)無法生般硬套到我國的儲(chǔ)氣庫建設(shè)。文章在前人的理論與試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從運(yùn)營期儲(chǔ)氣庫的運(yùn)行壓力以及夾層方面展開數(shù)值模擬研究,分析兩個(gè)因素對(duì)地下儲(chǔ)氣庫運(yùn)營期穩(wěn)定性的影響；最后根據(jù)金壇鹽穴地下儲(chǔ)氣庫工程的地層數(shù)據(jù)和測(cè)井?dāng)?shù)據(jù),建立精細(xì)三維地質(zhì)模型,通過該模型研究金壇JK5-2號(hào)溶腔在運(yùn)營期的穩(wěn)定性。主要內(nèi)容如下： (1)總結(jié)了鹽巖的力學(xué)特征,選擇了相應(yīng)的蠕變本構(gòu)模型,并通過Fortron編制相應(yīng)的蠕變子程序運(yùn)用到有限元軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。 (2)通過建立不含夾層三維模型,研究了運(yùn)營期儲(chǔ)氣壓力與溶腔收縮之間的關(guān)系,并給出了相應(yīng)的最佳運(yùn)行壓力。 (3)從夾層的彈性模量、厚度及數(shù)量的角度去分析夾層的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的變化對(duì)儲(chǔ)氣庫收縮變形的影響,并得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。 (4)基于金壇儲(chǔ)氣庫群的地層數(shù)據(jù)與聲納數(shù)據(jù),建立了實(shí)際地質(zhì)條件下JK5-2號(hào)溶腔的三維模型,通過數(shù)值模擬將夾層與運(yùn)行壓力耦合,分析了JK5-2號(hào)溶腔的最佳運(yùn)行壓力、應(yīng)急采氣方案及夾層的影響。
[Abstract]:The case of using thick salt dunes to build underground gas storage in salt caverns to store oil and natural gas has been in foreign countries for many years. With the development of our economy and the progress of science and technology, the demand for energy is increasing day by day. The construction of underground gas storage in salt caverns has also made a breakthrough in China. The geological conditions in China are relatively complex. The experience of foreign countries in constructing underground gas storage can not be rigidly applied to the construction of gas storage in China. On the basis of previous theoretical and experimental studies, the paper carries out numerical simulation studies on the operational pressure and intercalation of gas storage during operation. This paper analyzes the influence of two factors on the stability of underground gas storage during operation, and finally establishes a fine three-dimensional geological model according to the formation data and logging data of the underground gas storage engineering in Jintan Salt Cave. This model is used to study the stability of Jintan JK5-2 cavities during operation. The main contents are as follows:. 1) the mechanical characteristics of salt rock are summarized, the corresponding creep constitutive model is selected, and the corresponding creep subprogram is compiled by Fortron and applied to the finite element software for numerical simulation. 2) the relationship between gas storage pressure and cavity shrinkage is studied by establishing a three-dimensional model without interlayer, and the optimal operating pressure is given. 3) from the angle of elastic modulus, thickness and quantity of interlayer, this paper analyzes the influence of various indexes of interlayer on the shrinkage and deformation of gas storage reservoir, and draws the corresponding conclusions. Based on the formation data and sonar data of Jintan gas storage reservoir group, a three-dimensional model of JK5-2 dissolution cavity under actual geological conditions is established. The intercalation and operational pressure are coupled through numerical simulation, and the optimum operating pressure of JK5-2 dissolved cavity is analyzed.
