【摘要】：蒸汽蒸餾可以有效提高在稠油熱采過(guò)程中的原油采收率,然而蒸汽蒸餾機(jī)理及其對(duì)原油性質(zhì)的影響尚不明確。為此,設(shè)計(jì)三維物理實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ?分別進(jìn)行飽和蒸汽、過(guò)熱10℃蒸汽和過(guò)熱40℃蒸汽3組蒸汽蒸餾實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:原油蒸汽蒸餾率受注入蒸汽的過(guò)熱度影響很大,注入蒸汽的過(guò)熱度越高,蒸汽蒸餾率就越高;過(guò)熱40℃蒸汽、過(guò)熱10℃蒸汽和飽和蒸汽的蒸汽蒸餾率分別為11.158%,10.903%和10.423%;蒸汽蒸餾率隨蒸汽注入量的增大而增大,當(dāng)蒸汽注入量達(dá)到一定值后,蒸汽蒸餾減弱,蒸汽蒸餾率不再上升。對(duì)比蒸餾前后原油的密度、粘度、組分、碳數(shù)分布和餾分組分的測(cè)試結(jié)果可知,蒸汽蒸餾先蒸餾碳數(shù)小的輕質(zhì)組分,而后蒸餾較重的組分。蒸汽蒸餾使殘余油密度和粘度增加,使飽和烴和膠質(zhì)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)減小。殘余油組分的碳數(shù)主要分布區(qū)域向右移動(dòng),改變了原油的組成。
