油氣管道陰極保護(hù)中IR降的測(cè)量及修正

【摘要】:目前外加電流陰極保護(hù)己經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于油氣管道的防腐保護(hù)中,陰極保護(hù)電位作為管道陰極保護(hù)狀態(tài)的重要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),在實(shí)際測(cè)量過程中由于IR降的存在,不能得到真實(shí)電位。試片斷電法操作簡(jiǎn)單方便,可以有效的減少IR降對(duì)保護(hù)電位的影響,因此,本文研宄油氣管道陰極保護(hù)中IR降的測(cè)量及修正具有較高的理論價(jià)值和應(yīng)用前景。本文在實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng),選用20號(hào)鋼作為試片。用掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)不同保護(hù)電位下的試片進(jìn)行了腐蝕形貌的觀察和分析。在不同試片裸露面積、不同參比電極距離、不同土壤電阻率條件下,采用試片斷電法對(duì)試片的斷電電位和去極化電位進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。采用試片失重法對(duì)試片在不同保護(hù)電位下的保護(hù)效果進(jìn)行了分析判斷。對(duì)一定條件下試片的斷電電位的計(jì)算總結(jié)出了經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。結(jié)果表明:合適的陰極保護(hù)電位可以有效的抑制金屬的離子化,對(duì)試片進(jìn)行充分的保護(hù);隨著試片的裸露面積和參比電極距離的增加,IR降越大,試片斷電電位正移;隨著土壤電阻率變大,IR降減小,試片斷電電位負(fù)移;試片斷電法的IR降在幾十到幾百毫伏之間,隨著通電電位的上升,IR降增大;IR降修正方程是行之有效的。綜上所述,懫用試片斷電法可以有效的減少油氣管道陰極保護(hù)過程中因IR降造成的保護(hù)電位測(cè)量誤差,但要保證測(cè)量的準(zhǔn)確性,試片的的裸露面積必須與管道保護(hù)層的破損情況相E配。
[Abstract]:At present, the applied current cathodic protection has been widely used in the anticorrosion protection of oil and gas pipeline. The cathodic protection potential, as an important evaluation index of the cathodic protection state of the pipeline, is due to the existence of IR drop in the actual measurement process. No real potential can be obtained. The test strip power cut method is simple and convenient, and can effectively reduce the effect of IR drop on the protective potential. In this paper, the measurement and correction of IR drop in cathodic protection of oil and gas pipeline has high theoretical value and application prospect. In this paper, the cathodic protection system is simulated in laboratory. The corrosion morphology of steel 20 was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Under different exposed area, different reference electrode distance and different soil resistivity, the corrosion morphology of steel 20 was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The breakage potential and depolarization potential of the test piece were measured by the method of test strip power failure. The method of weightlessness is used to analyze and judge the protective effect of the test piece under different protective potentials. The empirical formula for the calculation of the electric potential of the test piece under certain conditions is summarized. The results show that:. The proper cathodic protection potential can effectively inhibit the ionization of metals. With the increase of the exposed area and the reference electrode distance, the positive shift of the breakage potential was observed, and the negative shift of the breakage potential decreased with the increase of the soil resistivity, and decreased with the increase of the surface area of the specimen and the distance of the reference electrode. The IR drop of the test piece power cut method is between tens and hundreds of millivolts. The correction equation of IR drop increases with the increase of the electric potential. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, the exposed area of the test piece must be matched with the damage of the protective layer of the pipeline, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, it can effectively reduce the error of the protection potential measurement caused by IR drop in the process of cathodic protection of oil and gas pipeline by using the method of test strip power failure.
