硫酸鋇結(jié)垢對(duì)巖心滲透率影響模型研究

【摘要】:油田注水過程中,含SO_4~(2-)的注入水與含Ba~(2+)地層水不配伍將導(dǎo)致硫酸鋇垢產(chǎn)生,堵塞地層孔喉,造成嚴(yán)重的滲透率下降。建立合理的數(shù)學(xué)模型,精確地預(yù)測(cè)巖心滲透率的變化,對(duì)于選擇合理的注水方案具有重要意義。首先研究了Bedrikovetsky化學(xué)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化了模型的求解方法,避免了國內(nèi)外已有的硫酸鋇結(jié)垢動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的求解方法中做出的巖心入口端Ba~(2+)與SO_4~(2-)濃度比遠(yuǎn)小于1的假設(shè);其次,改進(jìn)了模型中的三個(gè)重要參數(shù)——擴(kuò)散系數(shù)、反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)和地層損害系數(shù)的求取方法;最后,針對(duì)來自長(zhǎng)慶油田的兩塊巖心求模型參數(shù),對(duì)模型有限差分并在0≤T≤T_f范圍內(nèi)利用Runge-Kutta方法求數(shù)值解,得出了驅(qū)替至不同孔隙體積倍數(shù)時(shí)巖心中無因次Ba~(2+)濃度分布、硫酸鋇結(jié)垢量分布及巖心滲透率比值的變化。結(jié)果表明:巖心中有少量的硫酸鋇垢生成時(shí),滲透率便迅速下降。隨著驅(qū)替孔隙體積倍數(shù)增加,巖心中Ba~(2+)含量減小;SO_4~(2-)含量增加;巖心中結(jié)垢量增大;巖心的滲透率降低。
[Abstract]:In the process of oil field water injection, the incompatibility of injected water with Ba~(2) will lead to barium sulfate scale, block formation pore and throat, and cause serious permeability decline. A reasonable mathematical model is established to accurately predict the change of core permeability. It is of great significance to select a reasonable water injection scheme. Firstly, the chemical kinetic model of Bedrikovetsky is studied, and the solution method of the model is optimized. It avoids the assumption that the concentration ratio of Ba~(2) to so _ 4N _ 2) is far less than 1 in the solution of barium sulfate scaling dynamic model, and then improves the diffusion coefficient of three important parameters in the model. The method of calculating reaction rate constant and formation damage coefficient is given. Finally, for the two cores from Changqing Oilfield, the model parameters are obtained by using the Runge-Kutta method in the range of 0 鈮,
