再生柴油機潤滑油使用周期理化指標(biāo)的衰變特性

【摘要】:為驗證再生潤滑油的使用性能,以通過膜蒸餾技術(shù)制備的再生15W-40潤滑油為研究對象,開展了再生潤滑油使用周期內(nèi)理化指標(biāo)的衰變特性研究,分析了再生潤滑油使用過程中的黏度、酸值、堿值、水分含量、不溶物含量、元素含量等指標(biāo)的衰變過程.結(jié)果表明,在規(guī)定的使用周期內(nèi),除酸值增加值之外,再生潤滑油的黏度變化率、堿值降低率、水分含量、不溶物含量、Fe、Al、Cu等磨損元素和Si等污染物元素含量滿足GB/T 7607—2010中規(guī)定的換油限值要求,再生潤滑油的抗氧化能力相對較差,污染度相對較高.建議再生潤滑油的生產(chǎn)過程中應(yīng)特別注意提高其抗氧化能力,并降低污染度.
[Abstract]:In order to verify the performance of regenerated lubricating oil, the decay characteristics of physicochemical indexes in the life cycle of regenerated lubricating oil were studied with the regenerated 15W-40 lubricating oil prepared by membrane distillation technology as the research object. The decay process of viscosity, acid value, base value, moisture content, insoluble content and element content of regenerated lubricating oil was analyzed. The viscosity change rate, base value reduction rate, water content, insoluble content and other wear elements of regenerated lubricating oil, such as Fe, Al, Cu, and the content of pollutants such as Si, meet the oil exchange limit stipulated in GB/T 7607-2010, and the oxidation resistance of regenerated lubricating oil is relatively poor. The pollution degree is relatively high. It is suggested that special attention should be paid to improving the antioxidant capacity of regenerated lubricating oil in the production process and reducing the pollution degree.
