海上稠油多元熱流體注采一體化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:受關(guān)鍵技術(shù)耐高溫高壓限制,海上稠油熱采一直采用注采兩趟管柱作業(yè)模式來進(jìn)行注熱和生產(chǎn),既長期占用平臺場地資源,又增加熱采作業(yè)投資,且頻繁洗壓井影響熱能利用率。為降低熱采作業(yè)成本,提高熱采整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,對海上多元熱流體注采一體化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的高溫過電纜封隔器、井下安全閥、電纜穿越器等進(jìn)行了技術(shù)攻關(guān)。該技術(shù)具有結(jié)構(gòu)原理簡單、技術(shù)性能突出及耐高溫高壓的特點(diǎn),一體化注采管柱整體耐溫為250℃,耐壓為21.0 MPa,實(shí)現(xiàn)了注熱、放噴、生產(chǎn)一體化作業(yè)要求,是一種低成本的熱采工藝技術(shù)。該工藝為海上油田多元熱流體注采一體化技術(shù)奠定了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Due to the limitation of high temperature and high pressure resistance of key technology, thermal recovery of heavy oil at sea has been carried out by injecting and producing two tubing string operation mode, which not only occupies the resources of platform site for a long time, but also increases the investment in thermal recovery operation. In order to reduce the operating cost of thermal recovery and improve the overall economic benefit of thermal recovery, the high temperature cable Packer and downhole safety valve, which is the key technology of the integration of multiple thermal fluid injection and production at sea, is used to reduce the utilization rate of heat energy. This technology has the characteristics of simple structure principle, outstanding technical performance and high temperature and high pressure resistance.
